Igor Krutoy is a musician, composer and producer with lots of connections in the Russian/Ukraine/slavic region. An excellent person to know if you're a singer starting your career. They met right after the 2018 Sinful Passion performance and started collaborating on performances like this one. You can see Mr. Krutoy giving Dimash a standing ovation at the end of Sinful Passion.
He mostly has the same musicians and background singers. He wants to work with the best, but sometimes when he performs far away, especially for Chinese TV or big galas, he works with other people.

It was sung in Italian. Many of his songs are performed often at different venues, and not all include translations. This is the same performance only someone added written lyrics in four languages. To get the lyrics in English, after clicking on subtitles, click on the little gear icon in the top right corner, and click on languages, then select English. All the videos on Dimash’s channel have lyrics in English already.

Unfortunately the only option under cc was Italian. Very strange considering it's normally automatically English.
