take it to 130-135F and slice it thin and you have the best roast beef sandwich 🔥

Great video as always - just got a meat slicer for Christmas - already have a clod ready for the smoker on Friday - but going to pick up an eye of round too and smoke for the slicer/sandwiches - Happy New Year
