She said, the game isn't so popular with her customers because the game is only in English, no Chinese language. So because there is no Chinese language most locals in Taiwan don't want to play it. That must be why the price is that low. The average price for good used games is about $32. Some used games are $42 and some can be priced about the same as new. The most expensive game I've seen here is Panzer Paladin made by Tribute games. Originally release price was about $32~$34, but the game only had physical release in north America and the release was limited. The physical game in Taiwan is ultra rare. And is now priced around $74 to $81. Can't find used copies only new and there are literally only a handful of sellers. I found a new copy for $64 plus $2 for shipping so I decided to buy it. Total cost was about $8 less than anything else I've seen in the past year. Since they don't plan to release physicals I just bought the copy. Last month I had a friend fo back stateside and asked them to look around, they did, but they couldn't even find a copy. So I'm just happy to get my hands on one. True I could have just downloaded a digital copy for $20 more than three times less the cost. But I just place value on having physicals. Easier to share with people. Not sure if you have heard of the game.
Ya I have heard of it around 60-70 where I’m at pretty rare game as well that’s awesome you can get 3D All stars so cheap over there I didn’t even know there was no Chinese in it that’s so random thanks for sharing though really appreciate it

@@lyfeoftaygaming If you like lighthearted feel-good anime style games, and lots of crafting, it's a good series, and these Switch sets are excellent ports. There is a time limit in which you must complete the game, in the older Atelier games, which some people dislike, but it's fairly generous and adds focus to the story IMO, where newer Atelier games like the Ryza series no longer have the time limit, but have a much heavier focus on crafting than, say, Ayesha or Sophie. Don't get me wrong, Ryza is a good game, but it's a crapton of crafting.

I really want the Grandia Collection but dont want to spend the money. I played 1 and 2 in my teens and loved them. Grandia 2 is in my top 5 games. I bought and played 3 this year on PS2. It is not as good at all. Great game franchise though!
Good video. I picked up the Asian version of the Grandia Collection. The Limited Run version costs more than twice as much. Game prices get so out of hand sometimes!
My pre order physical copy just came in, but having looked around socials, I’d like to add that Gylt is a potential hidden gem/holy grail item that NO ONE is talking about. Don’t know many copies was printed, but rare or not, the game is actually a great game. Very underrated and those who reviewed it (I.e. Steam) are very glowing of the game. Only issue is, the Stadia flopped and being an exclusive to Stadia, not many either (a) know about it; or (b) dismissing Gylt entirely.

Isnt it also known to run very poorly on the switch? Afaik this tribute is known for being a very bad port if you check some youtube reviews. Wouldnt' recommend it if u wanna play it, only if u wanna speculate on it going up in value only for it to be rare but not enjoyable (tech wise).
