Someone sonically sabotaged their album release about 2/3 years ago. The sound was warped, played 1 tune on WFDU, 90.7 her in greaterNYC. Did anyone else notice?

@aaronkz I was at the Terminal 5 show--Neko was having a terrible day/week and got kind of confessional about it on stage.

Unfortunately, the discussion of suicide is always a current topic. SPEAKING IS STILL THE BEST SOLUTION.
@incrediblyhannah Not always, I've seen her lively and sprightly at a few shows. Moreso at TNP shows than solo, she'll cut loose and look like she's enjoying herself, especially on upbeat numbers. She just doesn't have much to do in this song.

@aaronkz that's just sort of how neko case looks...haha. i've seen them live a handful of times and she always looks like she's bored stiff. guess it's just her style.

Do they think pornography is good? I liked her a lot when I just heard her music. Then I heard her advocating feeding children to tigers, and I loathe and despise her.
I'm so confused right now. All I know is Carl (who did show up for the guitar and vocals in this video) just said one day he woke up and said "I'm going to be in a band called The New Pornographers." As for Neko (standing on the left in the video, and who I'm guessing is the one you're talking about since she's perhaps more known than Kathryn for writing music) yeah, my impressions of her are yes she does have numerous hurtful unresolved conflicts if a number of her tweets are of any indication. Still, I hope the best for her. That's not advocating what you say she said though, if she meant it literally that's just plum bad news all around. I cannot get around karma.
I know this comment is old, but the band name is a reference to a 1950s preacher who said "Rock And Roll is the new pornography." So New Pornographers just means Rock and roll musicians.
Also I'm sorry you didn't like her joke about kids but despising her for a joke in poor taste is a but much don't you think?
