As always, was great to spend time with you, Merlin! Thank you for bringing the D2D engine up so we could dyno it, and thank you for taking a tour around the shop!
Greatest thing about this video is - Made in the USA 🇺🇸 👍 These small family owned businesses are the backbone of our country. Best of luck and continued success to “INDUSTRIAL INJECTION”.
Its been 17 years since ive been in the fuel Injection trade and this video brought me back in time. My father did this job for 30 years before he past. Anyone in this Industry knows my dad. Miss him everyday. RIP SCOTT GERRARD
I’m digging that there 2nd gen MoPar ‘Industrial Injection’ anti theft paint job. Both my MoPar trucks sport the same type anti theft paint job. All love and respect!
Like a trip to the candy store, what a place! Be cool to watch progress on the boat, which is pretty amazing on its own. This channel nterests me for its diversity, I never know what to expect except I know it's gonna be interesting and I'm probably going to learn or see some thing new or that I didn't know before. I love the many projects from model to to jet skis and boats.
wow merlin, thanks for the tour of industrial injection, ive given them alot of business, working on diesel myself, what you commonly hear about the remanufacturing facility is nothing compared to the incredible laboratory like work place you present, the test equipment is over the top, im throughly impressed, what an experience for you guys!!!
My son inlaw would have loved your shop when he had his dura max! He owned that truck for 4 years and put 3 sets of injectors and a set of head gaskets. It was needing gaskets again when I bought my 02 ram. My ram was right at 600 hp when I bought it and took him for a ride, 2 weeks later he was driving a 06 ram!
26:10 Test lab was the most interesting. Before retiring, I test ran three CAT 3516 Gen.-Sets, inside a couple of buildings. {They could drink fuel at quite a rate, (depending on gen. load).}.Thanks for the walk through and some of the people history. (We have lost some greats over the recent years).
Very interesting video. Enjoyed the tour of Industrial Injection facilities! That'll be fun watching the twin turbo setup going on the Cummins boat! 💯👍
Very interesting. I really liked the discussion on the CP4 pumps. I have a 2013 and a friend has a 2012. A neighbor that worked at Ford dealership and now teaches at a votec college said to keep up with the maintenance and he hasn’t heard of any problems. I’m going to start using a fuel additive at 106,000 miles. I’ve not had problems and now I’m not sure about adding the S&S Disaster Kit.
I have a question about an International Maxxforce high pressure pump. I’m going to send to @IndustrtrialInjection. This is a very informative video. So glad you made it.
I'm not any kind of mechanic but this was still pretty darn interesting to me. I was totally amazed at the inventory in all these buildings. Especially considering this pretty much just covers injector systems and turbos. Truely a LOT more to that business than I had imagined! Great video, Merlin!!
Hi Merlin. Diesel engines are so simple but so complicated! It's pretty amazing what the folks at Industrial are doing with them. Thanks for taking us along on the tour. I've heard other people talk about compound turbo setups and how smooth they are, in the trucking industry. Your boat is going to scream even louder with the new setup you talked about!
Nice tour of II and I learned a thing or two. So much engineering and science with their products. It was very cool to meet you and Brad yesterday at the swap meet in Long Beach. Thanks!
Good Sunday morning to everyone ✝️ Appreciate you and the wrenching 🛠️🔧🔨🪛 and projects Merlin. And everyone seek Jesus in your heart for he is the true answer through everything we endure in this old evil world 🙏✝️💪👍
It's interesting, my 1.9 TDi VW golf common rail motor, I run 90% used engine oil. I run it through an old pair of socks and sometimes if I'm in the mood a cotton T-shirt, I then add a 10% thinner which is normally gas or paint thinners depending wot I can get for the cheapest at the time and I've been running this combo like this for 80 thousand miles and changed my fuel/ water separator twice and cleaned 1 once and my engine is turned ie bigger turbo, injectors and is old school chipped. She runs at 190bhp which isn't massive by today's standard but the stock 1.9tdi is around 110bhp mines a 2002 she never misses a beat apart from the one time the filter blocked up which required me to blow through it the opposite way then washed the filter once I got home. Amazing the difference between an older motor and the new shit that's built now a days which have sensors stopping you from running dark colour fuel lol .
All this talk of whats wrong with diesels makes me love my 6.0 and 7.4 gasser rigs even more🤑🤑 i dont pull heavy often. Ill keep my cheap maintenance and poor fuel mileage. Cool tour thanks merlin👌🤙
Those big boxes they call gaylords I don't know why but that's the proper name for the box LOL!! I learned that a long time ago when I use to work in shipping and receiving at a autoparts plant. some worthless knowledge for the day lol
Merlin I had a 1996 dodge cummins, my question is I'm looking to swap in a cummins, into a 1996 f250 diesel that's been rebodied with a 69 ford crew cab. What year cummins would be the best for a daily driver turned up a little nothing crazy, 6 sp 4x4
Hey Merlin, I've got a Cummins 500 ISM in my 2000 American Heritage motorhome. I have no complaints, the engine runs great and does what it should. I does however have roughly 130k miles on it. How much life do you think I have left on my injectors and pump? Do you think if I was to send them to these guys to freshen up that I would see any significant gain in power and or mileage?
I was just wondering being your a Cummins expert I have a 2023 Ram 2500 4x4 with the Cummins would you recommend me putting MAX MPG in the tank every fill up?
Oh it’s only that hot in your town ,it your hot daughter making it , hot for her husband, lol thanks , it 115 here and 125 in the sun hot hot hot , thanks BigAl California.
Wish you would have done your version of the dyno run. Industrial injections video had horrible audio and videoing, was hard to follow. It's too bad because all the other videos were great.
I wonder how many customers had their Turbo “ lost” for them to build up core stock? It’s funny that they give stuff to the RUclipsrs while stealing from they’re paying customers. After they lost my High Output Turbo and had Holeset send me a china reman regular turbo I wouldn’t spend a dime with Industrial Injection!
As always, was great to spend time with you, Merlin! Thank you for bringing the D2D engine up so we could dyno it, and thank you for taking a tour around the shop!
Another awesome vid Merlin.... but damn.. Im hungry....see ya at Chicos.... 7pm ... be there .

Thanks for the tour. So much R&D by a independent shop that fixes factory problems
Thanks for showing us the precision and tolerances required for a diesel to go and go fast!
Merlin gets so pumped up about p pump 12 valves so awesome.
Very interesting. Picked up on some tips to try. Thanks for the tour and ride along.
Its been 17 years since ive been in the fuel Injection trade and this video brought me back in time. My father did this job for 30 years before he past. Anyone in this Industry knows my dad. Miss him everyday. RIP SCOTT GERRARD
How about a story about Merlin what's his history?
Thank you industrail injection for the tour, and information. I love Marlins enthusiasm . Part of what I love about the channel
Looks like you really enjoyed that tour.

Really enjoyed the shop tour! Super impressive place! I learned a bunch :-)

What was the result of dyno?
I replaced a bunch of those 6.5 pumps a long time ago.
Hey Merlin 💪🏻☮️👍❤️✌️
Just got schooled on industrial turbos! Loved the video! Catch you on the next. ✌️ 😊
Just saw these fellers on Robby Layton
All this talk of whats wrong with diesels makes me love my 6.0 and 7.4 gasser rigs even more🤑🤑 i dont pull heavy often. Ill keep my cheap maintenance and poor fuel mileage. Cool tour thanks merlin👌🤙

People go their whole life trying to be as happy as Merlin is in the field he chose. He fits in no matter the shop or vehicle. I’m actually jealous.
ain't that the new engine you just installed ? well shit happens !
Someone needs to do a turbo kit for a 300i6.
Use nitrous nozzle instead of injectors
Curious minds still want to know.....
Is that Tyrone's old truck?
Merlin I had a 1996 dodge cummins, my question is I'm looking to swap in a cummins, into a 1996 f250 diesel that's been rebodied with a 69 ford crew cab. What year cummins would be the best for a daily driver turned up a little nothing crazy, 6 sp 4x4

Did you post your number on their video,? I guessed 417

Do you have efi injection systems over there yet or do you still use mechanical injection systems?
I clicked on this video to see what the dyno results were and sorry to say I cut this video short!
Hey Merlin, got a hot 65 Chevy truck that'll smoke ya
400
I’d like to ask these guys “what would be the ultimate pump?” If it existed, what would it be to be bulletproof
Torque.....first...if ya can hold it...
Can they turn up a 8.3 Cummins 330 hp in a 2003 diesel pusher. . Can they get it to 450 hp ???? Help I need more power for our motorhome please .
Curious if Industrial is looking for another machinist 🤔🤔
Merlin died and went to cummins heaven
I'm not knock this company, but why are their so few companies that do this work?
Im going with 404 hp
Wow got to be first 9seconds after M posted !
Wish you would have done your version of the dyno run. Industrial injections video had horrible audio and videoing, was hard to follow. It's too bad because all the other videos were great.
Like a kid in a candy shop. 😆
The D2D build would have been nice if it wasn't spread out forever
👌👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Wow who's giving the tour Merlin ? my God take a break let the guy talk he's trying to give us a tour
The pump on my 02 ram is not much better than a hand operated pump! I hate computers!
409
400 horse power
1842 hp
425

Hey Merlin Robby Layton wants to turn his offfroad tow truck into a diesel, I think he needs your help!
@RobbyLaytonNation
Industrial injection is building him an engine, it's in his last video.
