I don’t think so. I’m pretty sure the chain and Q does the same damage and W deals less. Double q is best for one shot burst though because it’s easy to proc the mark quick whereas chain needs like 2 seconds to hit. Double chain for tanks to cc. R W more mobility so it does less damage than the other attacks.

leblanc build varies depending of enemy mid, if they can dodge ur W or u cant w directly on top of them u should go for cdr items early game (ludens, cdr boots and horizon focus with first impact) for example vs sylas, lyssandra, fizz, vladimir... if you are really good with leblanc u can go elect on some of those matchups with ignite but I find new first strike really good with TP
