We need you, Ebuka! Don’t give up on RUclips. There are no other African, millennial, hilarious, handsome, insightful, humble (but still so extra), knowledgeable plant parents out here giving the tea like you. We want to see you on our phones every day! No shade to other creators but we need Ebuka
@@TheMillennialPlantDad that’s so great to hear ❤️ I started following for the planty stuff. But I’m really looking forward to seeing your life as a millennial in sunny Nigeria (while I’m freezing in Canada lol)
You got this Ebuka ❤. Your channel makes my day when I see a notification. I would love to see your country and different public gardens. If you’re able to travel, I would love to see different plants from different areas in your area. Keep going I’m here for it ALL ❤
New subscriber here! I've been into plants since I was 5 and only just now found plant RUclips, so you are not too late on the scene. I love this little window into Nigerian life I get through your channel. I also really enjoy your candid discussions about your experience as a RUclipsr. Here are some ideas that I’d be really interested in seeing on your channel: • Plants native to Nigeria that have become houseplants, and how they grow “in the wild”. For example, I would love to see snake plants just sprouting out of a sidewalk somewhere as a weed or growing out in nature somewhere. • Visit botanical gardens or parks in Lagos/Nigeria that have interesting plants. • Interviews with local Nigerian growers, nurseries, plant shops, collectors and plant experts. • In general more videos of you out and about doing planty things. Congratulations on your 8k subscribers!
I hear you! Making videos is a lot of work! It's a full-time job, for sure. I feel that I've let my channel slip a lot by not posting often enough, but I also value my sanity, lol!
Ebuka!!! We would watch you talk about anything. We love YOU. Your voice. Your attitude. Your perspective. Your vulnerability and your humor. Keep. Going!! 💞
You are a blessing to me. Your honesty, humor, and attitude always give me a boost. The content I watch on YT is fueled more by the creator's personality than the educational content itself. I do learn a lot from some creators (like you) but if they are deficient in personality I'm not here for it. I would love to see more of the culture you live in and some of the planty places in Lagos. I loved when you went shopping and made that cake. Also, when you visited the womans terrace garden and showed an outdoor market, I enjoyed it very much. I would like to go on your journey with you as you learn about growing food. Your vision for yourself will be realized, I am sure. Peace.
I only want to comment because I watched your last video. I am over 40 and live in the UK, and I know it helps you out a little more. The joke is that I am poor and could never afford the ads I see. I am so poor that I am currently fighting eviction. I watch RUclips videos to escape my own reality. Thanks for giving my brain a little time out.
Oh my God. Things will get better soon. Please just hang in there , I’m glad I can provide some form of escapes. It’s comments like yours that keep me going truly
I am praying for you and hoping you and you get into a better situation soon. This channel is such a great escape and it gives you a recharge to face the day. 🫂🪴
Ebuka, I can safely say that your channel is in my top5 of this year. I love your sense of humor and approach to plants, yourself and the world. Whatever you plan to create, I will be watching! ❤
I just wanted to say that your passion comes through with every video you make. Life is not always rosy, there are always rough patches and slow periods. Theres always an uphill climb. Maybe you are just going through an uphill climb right now and thats ok. Believe in yourself, and keep doing what you enjoy doing. If you love what you do and believe in sharing your passion with the rest of the world, the metrics and channel growth etc. won't matter as much and eventually without you even noticing, those things will come, just keep climbing, don't give up. PS: I love the plant gossip videos.
It will get better. Do your best until you know you can't anymore. Being self-employed is no easy task, but it's way better than working for someone else who dictates your time and effort. Your revenues will pick up. Have a wee look at your videos that get a bit more foot traffic and perhaps tailor around those. As for editing, you're on your own😂 but I do love your videos and I wish you all the best💖
Africa is Not a Country it is a Continent!🌍Nigeria is the country Ebuka resides in and to be more specific, Lagos is the city within Nigeria (the country), which he lives. 🌍 AFRICA is a Continent not a Country.🌍
As some have already said, you have the advantage of starting your channel with actually talking about a variety of topics. There are RUclipsrs locked in the box of shopping videos. It's my worst nightmare, but if they don't post videos of them looking at the exact same plants at Lowes and Home Depot five days a week, they don't get views. I cannot imagine how that must feel. You've positioned yourself much better to branch out. Plus, you do have a bit of personality 😆
Keep at it, iconic Ebuka! It is so, SO much work and I always have to remind myself that progress won’t always appear linear, but the growth your channel has achieved this year is truly inspiring. I’m so excited to see your edible garden come to life! And I’ve been thinking of sectioning off a part of my new garden for produce so we can share notes 😉 So excited to see what 2025 has in store for you 💪🏽🙌🏽💕
I found you by accident a few months ago, and seriously, I prefer your videos to the other houseplant video providers. It's your sense of humor, your personality and more. Love your videos, and can't wait to see how you expand your focus.
11 hrs ago 1,025 views and only 262 like. My friend you have alot of views but oh so few thumbs up. Keep doing your videos for all those so and so to watch😅 your bless
Love from 🇦🇺. To be real, alot of sucessful youtube channels the mrbeasts and pewdiepie took them more than 5 years to get where they are of GRINDING. They had their downs and ups. But were constant. Maybe see if you can get a mentor to mentor you. I LOVE your content. You are not like other channels always selling me things, you brighten up my day and make me curious about plants and care . You keep it light and fun. ❤ exactly what I need in this dark world that we live in. Please do more shorts! And tiktok. It will grab the attention of "your people/ community " who want plant content without the jargon and seriousness. It ALWAYS feels like I'm talking to my friend in EVERY video. ❤🎉
Help us in the west …. It’s winter here and my plants are struggling. I have low motivation to care for them. Can you talk about plants that go dormant in winter and what to expect? Watering schedule?
I❤Eubeka! You are more of an influencer than you realize. I watch your vlogs because you are an educator. You don’t just spurt out about plants but you give the rational for why it works. Keep up the good work!
I found you because I love house plants but i watch you because you're smart, sassy and hilarious. I'll watch you no matter what you make Videos about. You could cook, show us your neighborhood or city or whatever else you can think of and I'm here for it 🎉
Eubeka 💚 your content. I only started engaging with planty youtube content in 2024 (USA girlie here) I truly enjoy your channel because of your energy and unique perspective from another part of the world. I like your ideas for 2025 and only recommend that you keep letting your personality and different cultural experiences come through.
You hang in there. I feel like the plant content is going to shift again, esp here in USA not for the better. We are just bracing ourselves for the incoming administration. Outdoor gardening will be a necessity. I've done it before and ready to return to container gardening my herbs and veggies. I've almost stopped watching other plant enthusiast bc they've shifted to mostly the rarer plants or only variegated ones. I'm hanging with you. Looking forward to additional content. Love you and your humor. Part of the "broke girlies nation".Blessings 🪴🌵🌿💕
I don't think its good to look back, cause right now you are building your business / channel and people are loving and responding to who you are now. Things I love about your channel's concept now is your humor, your style, your cut to the chase in honesty. I love when you locally shop or interview or go to local events or show the people of your country touring friends gardens to local plant events. Your channel shows plant lovers a whole new world. I'd watch anything you made in just touring your country and your love for it I find your perspective so interesting. I think there is nothing you cannot do. I think your personality is what draws viewers in and the day in the life journey you take us on. I'd also love to see you have merch.
Your enthusiasm and personality is what keeps me watching. I hope you find ideas you are excited about that will allow you to display your personality and talent, and this will bring you much success!
Hi Ebuka! I would revisit the moments where you have gotten the most subscribers last year and analyze it in detail. For example, I know you said that shorts don’t bring in money, but that’s how I found you and I have been following ever since. I usually love amplifying what works well for me, which automatically means you’re cutting out whatever doesn’t. I personally love learning things no one else talks about in the plant community. Your Sansevieria and ficus tips have been a game changer! I also see a trend towards super soothing and relaxing videos to balance out everything else that goes on in the world. I have noticed that you have dappled in those as well, not sure how they performed though. With your personality and unique perspective you can go far. I’m honestly sick of the same old rehashing from other creators, and I know I am not the only one.
Speaking for myself, I don’t return for the plants. You’re very engaging, well spoken, charismatic person with interesting and eclectic taste. The plant stuff is fine, but you’re the main draw. In fact, I think the first video I saw of yours was your interior decorating of your space. The stars are the limit for where you can go. Interior decorating and gardening would be good add ons for what you could offer. As far as income avenues, have you considered memberships and that buy me a coffee option I see other tubers doing? ( if you have already, forgive my ignorance)😅
I love your channel. You are very pure in what you do and I enjoy watching all your videos. Im looking forward for you to achieve your goals in 2025. ❤️
Thanks for sharing with us and always being so candid. I’m sorry you feel stuck, but the fans that you do have absolutely love you! As an american who moved to Europe, i am unhappy here and I regret the move every single day. So I get not necessarily liking where you live. However showing us life in Nigeria is one of the really cool things about your channel. Also non-western alternatives to plant products and such. So even if you don’t stay there, thank you for showing us your life specifically there. I hope in 2025 you don’t feel disheartened, you reach your goals, you enjoy life and have an amazing year!
I attempted a RUclips channel a while back. I enjoyed making videos but my chronic illness got in the way. Still have some orchids and my daughter has many different house plants but keeping up a RUclips channel would be way too much for me. It definitely is not easy!!! So happy I found ur channel 💚 luv ur videos 🌿✨!!! Cant afford much but I watch all the ads and always give a thumbs up, happy to give support anyway I can 🌻
Love your channel. Love this video. I watch every one I see a notification one to the end and click like and try to leave comments because I want to support your channel and I’m cheering for your success. I’m not into outdoor gardening and while I’d like to grow plants I’d like to use for herbs or to enjoy their fruit, etc., it hasn’t historically gone well. I think it’s a lack of light, too many variables to manage, and pests were a problem. Would I watch your videos about it? I would. But I would look forward to the indoor content and anything about the industry, what’s happening in the plant community, etc.
U feel like u are stuck but you’re not. It’s like trying to loose weight. U almost get to your goal and no matter what u do the scale seem to just stop moving. I will tell u why I looove watching your videos: u talk about plants but u stick a bit of life in there too and it’s helping people in their daily lives more than u realize. So keep doing what you’re doing and I thank u very much. God bless u 🙏🏾
Hello Ebuka ! I never came across your channel until today when this video just popped up on my planty feed on RUclips, really hope that it will be recommended to many other people like me and bring you more visibility ! I love your energy and your honesty in this video so I just suscribed and I will probably watch your previous videos too soon ! I'm a french plant lover girl and I still love watching planty content even still in 2024. I really wish you a great success on RUclips and in your personal life too but take good care of yourself first ! All the best for 2025 ! Cheers from Bordeaux
Watching from wintery Winnipeg, Canada. My growing conditions are opposite to yours. I have a small collection of 65 plants, all of which are under grow lights. BUT most of them are thriving. I LOVE your channel! With your calming voice and vast plant knowledge, I often watch your videos while doing sit down plant chores. Wishing you continued (and growing) success on your RUclips plant journey! ❤
As a plant parent in New Zealand I find your content immensely helpful. You have a very engaging manner and presentation style that I enjoy. You also have so much knowledge of the plants I love (Snake Plants) and have helped me improve their life. Please keep the good stuff coming. You are appreciated and respected here. Bless you. 😍
I am from Jamaica, no matter where we live we try to grow some type of food. Thanks for being you. Love your energy. Some of the plant channels I started off with in 2020 I no longer view. Wish you could visit some orchid nurseries in your country
Watching from Chicago. I just left Owerri yesterday, so I definitely understand Hammat time. Please, keep up the good work. I don't comment much, but I watch every video. I put your channel on loop. My Nigeria husband wants to know " Honey-ooo who is de man you are watching everyyyyday??! I said "He's an icon, you wouldn't understand! "
Love your content Ebuka! Your editing is amazing, and I've thoroughly enjoyed every video and vlog you've uploaded. As for suggestions, I'm always interested in videos on crocheting and other crafts, thrifting, interior design, and books. Looking forward to your next upload 🪴🧶
Your plans are wonderful! Thoughts about your food garden: perhaps include non fruit bearing edibles AND how this can draw in children. I garden outdoors with my grandchildren - most of what we grow is edible: nasturtiums, mint (chocolate is their fav), marigolds, borage, etc. It's also a low cost activity: I just save seeds each season. Neighbors are always stopping by because of the garden. So it's educational, social, community, outdoors, fun and very sensory. P.S. I love your decorating videos. I have a lot of batik fabrics in my apt and enhance those with Syngonium batik. You and soberplantguy are my two favorite utubers!
I just discovered you this year and you're the only plant tube channel that makes me laugh. I can't wait for you to blow up and I can say I found you before you hit 1 mill! ❤
You think you are late to it but actually you are right on time. Your content is a breath of fresh air, I only see you growing from strength to strength.
Omg I am so glad you're getting into edible gardening. Im totally interested. Dont give up! We love watching you. I dont comment much but I always tune in with my tea lol. Those of us who have true love for gardening will always be here. I know I do. 2025 is going to be a beautiful year for you and yours!!!
You should create a second channel where you post any content you want year round like shorts, vlogs and videos about your life in Nigeria. Whether its when you go to an event, host a dinner party, go for a nature walk, or try a new restaurant or coffee shop etc. . That way you can make revenue year round when your plant channel pulls in less revenue.
I'm so thankful I found this page. I remember the day I came across one of your shorts-I was hooked instantly. I wish I could offer advice, but honestly, I'd just be guessing. That said, I stand by this: never stop being yourself. I believe so many people are here because of that. Your personality and passion are what drew me in and made you stand out from the sea of similar creators. ❤
Love your videos. Its normal to feel discouraged. You are so wonderful and unique I'll watch whatever videos you make! If you are more happy than unhappy doing youtube i say keep going! Your community is here for you ❤
So interesting, I love hearing the "behind the scenes" of you-tubing (and just life in general). No notes from me, you have a charming channel and personality, looking forward to whatever you bring to it in 2025!
I dont think spending more time on editing will bring you more views. I dont think people choose to watch youtuber because of the quality of the videos. I think the most important things are the subjects and the added value. I think you should emphasize your country - places to buy plants, plants on public places, visit at homes of other collectors, interview people that have plant business. I think that more action and more diversity in a video will bring more views. Good luck.
Thank you! I will do more of this in 2025. I live quite far away from the plant community here in Lagos so logistics is quite the hassle and expensive , but will make it work
Love to see edibles that are also beautiful, like cassava and figs, there is okra that is dark bronze and those yellow flowers , edible and a stunning plant. thanks for your shows.🌿
The fact you gained 5k followers in less than a year shows it's still a thriving community. Hiwever yes starting anything in 2020 would have been good because a lot of people were forced to stay home and pick things up, so they were more prone to watch things and pick up hobbies.
I have no clue have i found ur channel. But obviously stuck around because I enjoy. As you said, the algorithim is always going to change and you will never kno what ppl are looking for. So my advice, just keep doing what you are doing and let it be that!!! But i should add, youtube seems to push ppl who make shorts (i personally hate shorts but it works). So do what you do and stay true to you
Hi Ebuka! I think you should brand your channel as a lifestyle channel. This way you can make a variety of content that suits your interests and the season/time of the year. You can have sub-categories for your content and do some collaboration with fellow RUclipsrs. I think you are very personable, funny and interesting.
You are the best planty person on ytube. I’ve watched many and none give me information with a big slice of humour. Be well. I wish you had the revenue that some of these numbnuts generate on yt. I m fairly new to it all and do not understand the inequity of the whole thing. Merry Christmas my friend from chilly Toronto where it is minus 17 today. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Ebuka I only discovered you a couple of months ago and you are now one of my favourite YTubers, I have gone back and watched lots of your videos haha The Rubber Plant one being my favourite, I watch your videos all the way through keep them coming 🙌🙌🙌
15 minutes after your post I saw your video and I was like "yess" like an old addict 😅 I really understand about the editing headache it's time consuming. I love your content because it's not heavily about plants it's a little of everything vlogging, cooking decorating humor and that's why I enjoy watching your channel. Whenever the blue book comes out I must have a snack because it's time for the kiki The way you talk about the Nigerian sun/weather, the lizards and the other pests priceless No one does it like you. One day soon you'll have your own home and yard/mini farm/nursery if that's what you want lol I am planning for you It would be nice to see a vlog of your neighborhood the plants that grow on the side of the road..just me being curious. Thanks for the influence I now have a plant wish list 🙏🇨🇦
Hang in there! I just found you a month ago, and viewing all your videos. Yes, people still watch plant videos, especially the ones with great vibes. You are an amazing spirit that comes through the tube. I’m in for the long run with you. In the name of Jesus and the mighty God, may you reach your goals and dreams ❤. From USA Massachusetts, your girlie 👍
I love, Love, LOVE your content ❤ I can tell you your bread and butter will be consulting. You’re an incredible editor and your humor is elite 😂 There are many content creators who acknowledge their true passion and it’s a reminder that the journey is full of paths that take you places
Watching you get's me more confident in my envy to do it myself as a black man. i can't get away from my fear of being mistreated by the platform and the people behind it. honestly this is a real thing and you help on this level even if this not your intention. thanks
I'm sorry you feel like this, you should definitely do it!! Screw everyone else, what matters is that you have no regrets. Try it all before we leave this world. You can do it.
You’re the brother I always wanted!!! Anything handed to us easily is not worth it in the long run!! The Lord told us “He will bless the work of our hands” if you give up then what? Keep going!!!! In due season you will understand why you had to put in the hard work..!! Love you ❤️
I have never commented on a video before, but felt compelled to do so for yours. I’m sorry you’re feeling stuck, but I feel like your plans for 2025 will help your channel grow so much. I’m here for all of your videos, no matter what you post about, as I find you so enjoyable and fun to watch. I always have a smile and often laugh out loud while watching and for long afterward. Thank you, and I look forward to watching your journey in 2025!
We are here to stay!! Love your content and will continue to support! I'd love to see where you buy your plants/your got to plant shops in Africa or online 🥰
Love your videos you are my favorite. Came for the plants stayed for the personality. I think everyone is kinda getting burned out on plants. See a lot of utubers downsizing and are telling us veiws are down. Id watch anything you put out cuz youre so funny😂. Love your plants and styling your house. I live in the U.S. so like to see how you live in Nigeria. I think the algorithm is a bit problematic I didn't find you til I started watching more black content. Anyway love ya !!!!!❤
Dont be greedy. Be happy for what you have, when you say you are a big spender, capitalism fan you sound materialistic. Please be different, stay humble and focused on the beauty of nature and take good care of human relationship. Dont be fooled by the american dream that is destroying the planet.
Okay, Ebuka, here you go: 1. You are funny! More of that!😆 2. You need some cool used Afro-centric or vintage furniture to change things up. 3. You like bright color, pull in some African fabrics, African baskets, African sculpture, woodcarvings, pottery, paintings, whatever! Guuuje it up, Babe! Sponsor ‘Mother’ lights, so you can get some and grow more indoors. Take us to the Nigerian open market! You have or had the coolest Aglaonema collection, that was to die for; get them 😢sprayed and showing in your house. Get shelving or a stair stepping plant stand in your patio with ‘Mother Lights.’ Maximise every ounce of your indoor and outdoor space. 4. Have coffee or tea and a bitch session; we want to hear it; let us have it! 😅
I find that I watch less planty/gardening type videos at this time of year (early winter/leading up to Christmas). In January the grocery stores will start stocking more house plants and I think people will get back more and more into this type of video, as winter passes into spring. I bet the next 6 months will see your channel grow a lot! January and February would be a good time to talk abut seed starting if that's something you're interested in.
Oh this is exactly my plans and sentiments too . Which is why this month I’ve done more of introspective chit chat videos that aren’t always about plants . January we come strong with the seed planting. Excited. Thanks for this !
I would love to see more tropical plant content here. I live in Texas zone 9a and need to know how to feed and water agaves and yuccas lol. Also love herb garden and food content but understand the learning curve is hard there too
I don't watch many anymore...very over the often bad advice and the plant haul videos. Watching people look for scissors, make cups of "advertised" beverages and to open mouthed gape at 2 leaved plants and say the same 50 adjectives they used to describe the last plant just isn't for me. And oh my, if I have to hear one more state that sanseveria has been reclassified as dracaena every time they talk about one it will do my head in!! And as someone who has 1000's of plants, both indoors and out, and grow my own food over my 1 acre property in one of the hottest towns in Australia, while working full time away from home and not ever finding my gardens and pots that hard to maintain, I don't get how hard so many plant you- tubers make things seem. I now am very selective on who and what I view. The more real and down to earth personalities get my views. I don't need to see people watering, really I don't!!
I always watch your vid and like. My favorite plant channel the last year. :) With your help I got my ficus out of dormancy. 🌿Your vids are professional. I think it's a color and country profiling problem. I know tiktok does this, perhaps youtube too. Thanks for not quitting. I'd definitely consider the member option, never done it before though. Please ship us "look at the material" floral shirts and "Plant Girlie" watering cans! You don't like Lagos? Come to the Netherlands. I think plant tips for beginnersdo very well, and put up gardening video's all around spring that's when people look for those vids. Greetings from the Netherlands and keep up the good work.
Hey 👋 I really appreciate you taking the time to talk candidly about yourself, I really want to see more of this! Get rid of the editorial stuff like Wendy and the OMG stuff and just keep it real with you! You are very talented and intelligent and you have the potential to inspire others! I have a question, I don’t know anything about RUclips editing but I do hear most influencers complain about the time of editing, my question is why do you have to edit at all? Would you be interested or able to just do a live content video and not worry about the editing process? Maybe you can free up your time? IDK 🤷♀️, like I said, I don’t know what the policies are for RUclips videos but would love to see the raw material about repotting and chat or anything, new plants or products or anything! BTW, you should really reach out to companies for example, grow lights and really give them some use and your honest feedback about the product or try the fertilizers etc! I would! Plus you get free stuff and then you can save money for new plants and stuff you need! Please just be yourself and have fun with it 😊 Lots of love ❤️, Ginger
I really appreciate your feedback Ginger! I’ll definitely be considering all of this. Yes I could definitely do more livestream, that’s what you mean. Thanks thanks, this was super helpful
Africa is the future- don’t leave. Consider being part of the environmental/climate change movement. Consider doing videos on how local Nigerians are making a difference by planting natives and creating biodiversity to combat drought become self sustaining, fighting food insecurity trust me - you do not want the stress of being a black man in the US.
Small channel here. I love your current content, although it would be wonderful to see more of what is happening in Nigeria, because there is not enough content relating to gardening in Africa, on RUclips. On our channel we experimented with different types of plant related videos this year and in our case, the ones related to growing food did very well. Creating video is expensive, especially in terms of time so I appreciate the work you put into yours, your final videos are are wealth of information...impeccable research and analysis. I've been looking into Patreon too, just because it's a similar 'job' and I don't have to learn a different business and I think I have the energy to be selling physical products. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next year!
Very insightful, especially coming from a fellow African 💚. I think the consensus has been a curiosity about life in Nigeria and just seeing more of it and the gardening culture here . So I will definitely incorporate that more in 2025
We need you, Ebuka!
Don’t give up on RUclips.
There are no other African, millennial, hilarious, handsome, insightful, humble (but still so extra), knowledgeable plant parents out here giving the tea like you. We want to see you on our phones every day!
No shade to other creators but we need Ebuka
Aww no no no I’m definitely not leaving. I’m here to stay!
@@TheMillennialPlantDad that’s so great to hear ❤️ I started following for the planty stuff. But I’m really looking forward to seeing your life as a millennial in sunny Nigeria (while I’m freezing in Canada lol)
Ebuka, why not try to film nigerian plant nurseries as well. It would be really nice to see what you guys sell over there. Love your content.❤
You got this Ebuka ❤. Your channel makes my day when I see a notification. I would love to see your country and different public gardens. If you’re able to travel, I would love to see different plants from different areas in your area. Keep going I’m here for it ALL ❤
16:03 - I would love to see more plant-content from your country/local area. Plants in the wild, botanical gardens, etc.
Thank you !! All coming up next year for sure
New subscriber here! I've been into plants since I was 5 and only just now found plant RUclips, so you are not too late on the scene. I love this little window into Nigerian life I get through your channel. I also really enjoy your candid discussions about your experience as a RUclipsr. Here are some ideas that I’d be really interested in seeing on your channel:
• Plants native to Nigeria that have become houseplants, and how they grow “in the wild”.
This too shall pass! You’ve got this! You’re working so hard already
I pray for y my dear. May God bless u.🙏🏾
Blessings will come soon to you x
I am praying for you and hoping you and you get into a better situation soon. This channel is such a great escape and it gives you a recharge to face the day. 🫂🪴
Nice job! Congratulations to ya 😊 8:00
Honestly, I wouldn’t mind seeing more of your life in Africa😊 I want to know more about your beautiful country!
This. As a Brit living in America, I want to know more about life in your country. Bonus points if it’s also plant related.
This means so much coming from you and it’s actually super reassuring, thanks so so much
@@TheMillennialPlantDad. I think more than a bit of personality…wonderful! 🤗
Keep at it, iconic Ebuka! It is so, SO much work and I always have to remind myself that progress won’t always appear linear, but the growth your channel has achieved this year is truly inspiring. I’m so excited to see your edible garden come to life! And I’ve been thinking of sectioning off a part of my new garden for produce so we can share notes 😉 So excited to see what 2025 has in store for you 💪🏽🙌🏽💕
Thank YOU ! Oh and yes growth is NEVER linear , thanks for reminding me of that . Wish us all the success we dream of in 2025
I found you by accident a few months ago, and seriously, I prefer your videos to the other houseplant video providers.
Aww thank you so so much for this
Help us in the west …. It’s winter here and my plants are struggling. I have low motivation to care for them. Can you talk about plants that go dormant in winter and what to expect? Watering schedule?
Thank you for always being so transparent. That’s a rare skill on social media. Looking forward to 2025 and merch ❤
Thanks so so much
Thank you you !! This was really inspiring
Your enthusiasm and personality is what keeps me watching. I hope you find ideas you are excited about that will allow you to display your personality and talent, and this will bring you much success!
I always love your videos. Will comment for algorithm. Coffee Incoming.
Aww thank you so so much Joseph and lol @ metal rack 🤣🤣🤣
Wishing you lots of continued success in your utube journey. Can’t wait to see your food garden.
Always have loved your videos!! I’m happy to hear you’re staying & building your content! Excited to see how it pans out for you! Xxx
Great plans for the new year! Watching from California, USA.
Love you, Babes!! I can't wait to buy merch and become a member on whatever platform you choose!!!!!!
Keep up the good work ebuka, we adore you
I love your channel.
Cant afford much but I watch all the ads and always give a thumbs up, happy to give support anyway I can 🌻
Your community loves you.....we are ride or die.
Happy Holidays! I’d love it if you were in the US.
the YT algo put your channel in front of me.. I follow 2 other plant YT'ers, you are my favorite. can't wait to see how you grow in 2025!
Ebuka I support you and look forward to ur new ventures in 2025...Keep up the great vontent/ episodes, PEACE!
Keep up the good work ebuka we love your videos, please 🙏 don't give up have a good Xmas. 👍 ❤❤❤.
This is so so nice of you ! Makes me happy that the algorithm recommended it . Thanks for watching and engaging 💚💚
@@TheMillennialPlantDad 🙏🌱💚
Aww thank you for the tip the other day my fellow Nigerian sister ! Thank you . Watching and commenting goes such a long way
Love your content Ebuka!
Think about merch. I would buy it and proudly wear it at the International Aroid Show 2025! ! 💚. Your channel keeps me going.
I just discovered you this year and you're the only plant tube channel that makes me laugh. I can't wait for you to blow up and I can say I found you before you hit 1 mill! ❤
I think the same thing every time I watch his videos!
You think you are late to it but actually you are right on time. Your content is a breath of fresh air, I only see you growing from strength to strength.
Super encouraging. thank you for the kind words! 🙌
Thank you so much! And 2025 will be a beautiful year for you too
Thank you for supplying us with the plant knowledge and tea ebuka!!
As you expand your edible container garden please prepare recipes from your harvest.
Oh yes this is certainly happening
I love his cooking clips in seeing what recipes he makes as well.
Just a little thank you
Thanks so much for this
You should create a second channel where you post any content you want year round like shorts, vlogs and videos about your life in Nigeria.
Thank you so so much
Love your videos. Its normal to feel discouraged. You are so wonderful and unique I'll watch whatever videos you make! If you are more happy than unhappy doing youtube i say keep going! Your community is here for you ❤
All I watch is plant content! Love your channel.
So interesting, I love hearing the "behind the scenes" of you-tubing (and just life in general). No notes from me, you have a charming channel and personality, looking forward to whatever you bring to it in 2025!
💚💚💚
I would love to see your city and your life more.
Oh I do vlogs and city life things but that doesn’t do well on this page, maybe I’ll create a separate channel for that in 2025
I was hoping you'd start a Patreon!
Thank you for the advice!
I'm here for it 2025 and u bring so much joy and laughter and its so needed thank u for sharing 😊
Ebuka I only discovered you a couple of months ago and you are now one of my favourite YTubers, I have gone back and watched lots of your videos haha The Rubber Plant one being my favourite, I watch your videos all the way through keep them coming 🙌🙌🙌
Thanks so much
I average 4-5 views per video. It can be quite daunting but I am achieving my goal of proving to myself that I can be consistent. I will not stop❤️
Keep going, this was me 4 years ago and i regret giving up then. Just keep being consistent you will breakthrough eventually
It can only get better so keep on going until it does.
Thank you. I Love your content🥂
15 minutes after your post I saw your video and I was like "yess" like an old addict 😅
I really understand about the editing headache it's time consuming.
I love your content because it's not heavily about plants it's a little of everything vlogging, cooking decorating humor and that's why I enjoy watching your channel.
Whenever the blue book comes out I must have a snack because it's time for the kiki
The way you talk about the Nigerian sun/weather, the lizards and the other pests priceless No one does it like you.
One day soon you'll have your own home and yard/mini farm/nursery if that's what you want lol I am planning for you
It would be nice to see a vlog of your neighborhood the plants that grow on the side of the road..just me being curious.
Watching you get's me more confident in my envy to do it myself as a black man. i can't get away from my fear of being mistreated by the platform and the people behind it. honestly this is a real thing and you help on this level even if this not your intention. thanks
Oh wow we need more black men and people in this field ! Please just start, as long as your provide value in some way, that’s all people care about
I'm sorry you feel like this, you should definitely do it!!
Love you ❤️
You are always #1❤
You too !! Thank you
Loyal girlie 👋🏾🥰
I have never commented on a video before, but felt compelled to do so for yours. I’m sorry you’re feeling stuck, but I feel like your plans for 2025 will help your channel grow so much. I’m here for all of your videos, no matter what you post about, as I find you so enjoyable and fun to watch. I always have a smile and often laugh out loud while watching and for long afterward. Thank you, and I look forward to watching your journey in 2025!
This means so much to me , thank you so much
We are here to stay!!
Yay to gardening content.
Thanks!
THANK YOU ❤❤
@ You are most welcome 🙏, thank you for your videos👍
👏👏👏👏👏
I love them
I love Tayo Aina ❤🎉
Consider doing videos on how local Nigerians are making a difference by planting natives and creating biodiversity to combat drought become self sustaining, fighting food insecurity
trust me - you do not want the stress of being a black man in the US.
I love your content. I wish you all the best for your future endeavors.
Thank you! You too!
So I will definitely incorporate that more in 2025
@@TheMillennialPlantDad In the end everyone's RUclips journey is different and the only way to really know what will work for you is to experiment.
