I'm in the US and in the demographics that generate you more money, so I'll keep watching! I have a few questions, if you don't mind: How did you find out about how money is generated, does RUclips give you a handbook or do you figure it out as you're creating more content? For example, the way you should title your videos, pictures you can/can't include, etc. Is it something you learn as you are creating videos? If I have RUclips Premium (no ads), do you still make money out of my views? Many youtubers say that we should watch their videos from start to finish and to comment, does that generate more money? How about the likes/dislikes? does that matter when it comes to earnings? I hope your channel grows and that it generates more money for you! May the Lord multiply your earnings. My husband has one from previous marriage and it helps some but still monthly deductions are a lot in USA from federal, state and local taxes too! Besides property taxes, house, car & health insurance as well ; not counting food, clothing or plants 😱😱😱😱😱 that’s the reason many salaries are sold to banks before you even earn them 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️ This country can absorb your last breath if you let it happen.

Not particularly yours but some videos I skip through and miss chunks (say if someone is showing plant favourites and I'm only interested in certain ones) - does that affect the algorithm and payments?

Oh in Nigeria we pay rent yearly ! And rent prices are relatively affordable especially outside Lagos. My rent for the entire year is $600 dollars! Also there’s a culture of housing your family members or relatives or even grown up children until they can afford to live alone. I stayed in my parents house till I was 32! That said , homelessness still occurs and that 40 dollar minimum wage is still very low and unacceptable.
