    Bro I started calis a month ago my delts and back are growing the most out of anything

      Then I would recommend to do more push movements in general and also Chin ups…

      And it’s also depends as your body is unique… but it’s pretty common that delts and back are the first to grow

      @@Amun_Ifeanyi I'm doing striqfit weekly beginner guide so the volume is pretty well managed and balanced it's just insane how well it works your delts and back. I'm used to lifting weights I did powerlifting for years
