    Great video! One of the all time greats mentioned in this video, Jüri Tamm, once did an interview for an Estonian newspaper. There he mentioned his best lift was a 330kg deadlift. He also said he did a 165kg bench press,but that lift had limited carry over to hammer.

    What do you think about speed in hammer throw ? Does speed come from power ? Or maybe dynamic and ab strength are responsible for it ? In this logic (if this true) do sprints help ? Thanks! 😃

    hey Coach, would like to know if there is any importance for hip flexion at the start of a glide throw
