I think 343's existence is a sad and dangerous one since despite his seeming omnipotence comes at the cost of having the capacity to simply cease the existence of objects, people, environments and various other things by simply forgetting about them for a moment, which also means he's likely in a constant battle with memory and time as time passes and he grows older so too, does his memory fade. Therefore one day, he will blink us all out of existence, it is an inevitability that he cannot control nor stop by his own will as I believe he would if he could.

As shown in her wiki entry, the document of her diary and in 239-Clef-Kondraki Incident (the only things in the SCP universe that can actually be called "canon") she isn't capricious, but just a child who sometimes disobeys what she is told to. Not to mention those are part of that huge follow-up of people who think O5s would entrust Clef with anything despite the fact there is a huge amount of personnel that would be equally or even better competent; AND, that Clef is an apathetic bastard who would pick the safer option over ethic (Incident 239-Clef-Kondraki doesn't count, since that time he had been influented by 239, who changed his personality when she began to percieve him as a "bad guy").
Moreover, the most popular theory about SCP-239 (which is even suggested by Clef itself in a post-"239-Clef-Kondraki Incident" interview, and by a log about the "Double Vision" girl) still involves SCP-343, as it states that they are both part of the Holy Triad, 239 being the (new) Son while 343 the Father (and Mr. Deeds the Holy Spirit), so the Witch Child could have been mentioned through a story following such theory. I thus find really odd your choice of representing a story following "Reality Bender-Killer Clef", and I can't bring myself to believe but that you picked it mostly for shock value.

I think 343's existence is a sad and dangerous one since despite his seeming omnipotence comes at the cost of having the capacity to simply cease the existence of objects, people, environments and various other things by simply forgetting about them for a moment, which also means he's likely in a constant battle with memory and time as time passes and he grows older so too, does his memory fade. Therefore one day, he will blink us all out of existence, it is an inevitability that he cannot control nor stop by his own will as I believe he would if he could.
