I did this for 21 days, and guess what? I gained more strength. When I first started, I couldn't do the walking push up and high pitch without cheating. I would cheat to make time go faster. But in the end, i can easily do the push up and high pitch. I gained muscle in my thighs, and got 11 abs. My arms also got slimmer. I lost 2kg. But since I haven't got to my body goals, i'm going to continue doing this for another 21 days. Thank you Allblanc! P/s : please take note that I did this exercise without changing my eating habit. I eat 2 meals a day, with snacking in between. Starting weight : 54.5kg Current weight : 52.5kg

To newbies out there This workout does NOT represent the effort to gain and maintain the physiques present in the video. For a rough idea, try this times 5 daily, and then the battle continues to your kitchen and meals. Theres a reason why you dont see any sweat and heavy panting at the end of the video. This 4 min video however will greatly improve cardiovascular health and general well being. And the fact that its only 4 mins theres really no excuse to not start this at least once a day, 5 times a week if you are physically inactive all this time. This will change your life, for the better. Great video and good luck

The best thing is get a person thats not same with your body structure and motivated him while doing your synchronized workout, so the viewers will see the transformstion of your newly recruit..
You are absolutely right. This is not even HIIT. Because that's high intensity interval training. So I don't know what this is. It's not a bad workout. It's just not high intensity interval training and it's not a Tabata.
If you do each exercise at a faster pace, it makes it more like the intention of a tabata. But by definition 20-10 workouts of 8 rounds are tabata yet should of course be high intensity which differs from person to person. So this could be for beginners. But I cannot judge as I haven't tried it out yet.
I absolutely love these videos ... I have such a busy lifestyle and it seems daunting to me to pick out a workout that is 40 minutes long- but if I do one of these, I think to myself: “ah I could do another one...” and so on- then I’ve done like four videos in a row and I’m super satisfied with my workout 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You all are great! It's a good workout get just need to do it with more intensity. The walkouts should be done with all out pace. And the burpees should be done with a push up. This video is more like a dynamic stretch.
I like it how the ones who are doing half pushups and barely putting their knees up in a 90 degree angle are the weakest and the guys doing all the perfect reps are the strongest ones. Do every rep, don't be lazy!
You realize I just clicked on this for that incredibly muscular guy that was in the front at the start of the video. OMFG!! All hormones aside though, that was an incredible video, learned some new moves.

For some people this is HIIT because they are not conditioned and for some this is a warmup.

I like it how the ones who are doing half pushups and barely putting their knees up in a 90 degree angle are the weakest and the guys doing all the perfect reps are the strongest ones. Do every rep, don't be lazy!
