I was diagnosed with melanoma stage IV 3 years ago. Before starting immunotherapy I came across a video of Dr. Li’s in which he talked about a study that showed enhancing effects of pomegranate juice in cancer patients undergoing classical therapy. Dr. Li explained very convincingly how important food is and I since follow his words and I’m still alive. Thank you!

Eat Apricot seeds. My brother did and it killed non Hodgkin's lymphoma. They work if the cancer has not got too far or gone on for too long. Eating the seed does more than that for your health. It can increase you red cell count. My brother was 70 when he started eating them and a blood test showed he had the red cell count of an 18 year old!. The government and the medical industry has been trying to put it down and hide it for decades! They do not want a cure for cancer. It would bankrupt all the medical industry if they admitted here is a cure. Treatment for cancer is a multibillion dollar a year industry!
I started eating them several years ago. My ex wife is also eating them and she is 72,

    5 tips:
    1. Exercise
    2. Don’t smoke (& avoid second hand smoke too)
    3. Moderate alcohol (Or none at all if want to optimize)
    4. Manage and lower excessive stress
    5. Ditch ultraprocessed ’food’
He does say at the beginning that being whole food plant based is better.

I once had a friend who was 9 years younger than me. I rarely saw her without a cigarette in her hand, her home reminded me of a smoke-filled bar. Many times I said to her you really should consider quitting smoking, it's going to kill you. She would always say I know people who were 99 years old and smoked all their lives. We drifted apart, and I hadn't seen her in 3 or 4 years. One morning while reading the newspaper I saw her photograph in the obituaries she had died of lung cancer.. She was 56 years old, I am now 81 and have never smoked. My mother and stepdad died at 93 years old neither of them ever smoked, and they both ate a very healthy plant-based diet. You simply can't fool mother nature .

That's true and i have heard same answers from the people i kept telling to stop smoking as it is bad for them they really believe that it can prolong their lives..but i always end up hearing news that these people die at early age ...always better safe than sorry 😞

We are not living any longer. In years past they took into account the deaths of babies dying from bad milk, and diseases falling off wagons and other such things. A lot of people born well over a hundred years ago lived to be in their 80's and 90's. Wyatt Earp died when he was 80 years old. Others like Daniel Boone, Kit Carson and hundreds of others live to be real old.

Years ago when I was young smoking and drinking alcohol were the norm. Most people worked in heavy industry, dirty exposed to toxins. After high school got a job in a steel mill exposed to the smoke and asbestos. Smoked and drank at the same time. Stopped all that and today I am in my 70's. A lot of people who didn't are no longer here.

I tried it last year, but when I met my future husband, who didn't smoke, I imagined how he would feel when he kissed me.He didn't ask , but I never needed a cigarette again. We lived together for 34 years, but he was taken by melanoma.😒

I bought Moringa yesterday, and it felt like drinking a tree. Green, very green. I'm 73 years old. I drink deionized water, wholesome food, matcha, coffee, LivPure. Sorry, I like pasture lactaid free milk with my coffee. Which creamy milk to buy? Oatmilk, almond milk? Cindy

Thank you for posting informative videos. It helps a lot in understanding food and over well being. I am very confused. Seeds, lentils, beans, nuts, even oats including steel cut contain phytic acid. Which prevents the absorption of iron, zinc and other nutrients. Are all these foods considered healthy? Like this there are very limited options left to choose from. Do I have to stop eating all of them?

Infant mortality also had a big impact on life expectancy. Someone who dies at say 2 changes the average a lot. If say 25% of humans die in childhood it reduces the life expectancy by about 25%, so life expectancy would be 48 instead of 60.

RE: Dr Li comments regarding increased wealth and lifespan. I have a different experience. As people living in the US, we've become poorer because of such high inflation, high taxes, lack of pay raises, lowered healthcare levels, taking away of job benefits, increasing stress, and suffering mentally because of the poor donkey political party policies. It's really affected our try-to-be-healthy lives.

So what do you do for exercise? Also some of the things you say to eat and drink, are there things we need to be careful of when buying them? Or is it fine to buy these ‘good’ foods from like Walmart?

I HIKE (you can run but walking is FINE) 1 mile every day up a decent incline. I use calisthenics and resistance bands. I buy all my food from Sam's and Wal Mart. Do I get non-GMO? No. Should I? Yes. The vegetables, nuts, and spices I buy are certainly healthier than the potato chips, frozen microwave meals, or boxed meals. I'll eventually grow my own food but until then, do what you can and avoid ALL seed oils.

From a non human perceptive, understanding our infinite nature and the process of humans(souls) coming to this planet.....
Life longevity is only for the health condition of the physical human body and its ability to function. Life longevity does not effect the length of your life, you planned that exiting process before you came here.
So, we planned the time and method of the end of our human existence on this planet.
So one could eat all the so labeled right healthy foods, and do all the so called perfect exercises and physically be in excellent health and physical condition, but if you planned to get in an accident and not make at it.. at young age...
    It's just your time.
I think and hope you planned to come here and learn and experience all you can while having fun and being happy... no matter what choices you choose to make.
    BE WELL ❤😇👽

Jesus is THE longevity King. And time is running out for this country -- for this world! He is coming back for his church and then, all hell will break loose ... FOR SEVEN YEARS! Eat well. Choose life. Choose Jesus and have peace in Heaven for eternity (and you can eat WHATEVER you want, and as much of it as you want!). Here's to YOU making the right decision. God bless.

There are still smoke chemicals that settle on and around that person wherever they smoke. For example, various dangerous chemicals are found in the soil where there have been house fires and pesticides are brought into houses on shoes and clothing if people don't take them off before entering their houses when they use pesticides in their yards or in the ag fields. This is stated from expert studies.

It doesn't really matter how long we live (although we need to be as healthy as we can while alive) ..... but the most important thing is to know where you are going when you die. ... "You must be born again" .. Then you will have peace of mind and joy in your heart.
BTW the Bible speaks about hygiene and how to live healthily .... how to deal with infections and germs by washing your hands in running water, putting dead bodies outside the camp, burying faeces, eating correctly .... and it was written 4,000 years ago. Cleanliness is indeed next to godliness. It also speaks about the importance of exercise and rest.
At the beginning of the 1900s surgeons were still dealing with dead bodies one minute and then delivering a baby the next ... without washing their hands in between. Man is now trying to catch up with God!
