Top doctor on the planet 5 stars
I am so happy I found Dr Li. I enjoy your great advice.
Planning is half of it. There is no drive-through breakthrough at Burger King for a good diet lol You can’t mindlessly wander around the grocery store when you’re hungry because that never yields healthy choices. You do need to sit and contemplate on the foods that you like, foods that are healthy and foods and ingredients that you learn about on podcasts such as this. But if you have a basic plan that really helps you stay on the wagon. A lot of people don’t eat well today because they don’t plan. They overbooked their schedules and they’re eating on the run, blowing through drive-throughs and eating packaged junk food in the car. You do that for a few years…..It’s gonna catch up with you. Once you get into a routine it becomes second nature.
As a person how overeats regularly in spite of eating good whole foods I found this video as most others with Dr. Li to be extremely useful. Thanks
Thank you for sharing very helpful information Dr. Li
Great video, I only listen to this Dr no one else- all great info.
You have changed my life, Dr. Li. I have given up alcohol and added organic produce to my diet.
When you advertise your books, please remember to purchase the books at your local bookstore.
I ordered your books from my bookstore Dog-Eared Books in Ames. Iowa.
I encouraged them to urge their customers to purchase these books and keep them on their shelves.
Thanks. I have been learning volumes from you.
I keep meats and some vegetables and fruits in the freezer for meals. Also I keep fresh vegetables and fruits in the refrigerator. Plus spices like turmeric and ginger, help me prepare a homemade recipe with vegetables from my garden too.
We can grow some vegetables and fruits 12 months of the year in my area, so I usually have something edible to add to a recipe. Currently my Egyptian spinach has been the star of my hot summer garden, and it is delicious with wild caught salmon, turmeric, ginger, and lemon pepper, cooked in a little olive oil. Part of my anti-inflammatory eating plan.
2 hours past supper, am walking in place while watching this, waiting for puerh tea to arrive, have switched to loose leaf green tea since last week, sipping green tea for almost a week now. 🙂
.. Thank you, Dr. William Li for your commitment to helping others and for being an outstanding Doctor.
In the past, up until like 5 years ago, I had always practiced eating at 75-80% full. A few operations later, I completely forgot about it, and saw myself gaining weight. I don't remember if it was you or Dr. Hyman who made a video about the blue zones in Japan where the folks there stop eating when they're 80% full. Since then I've been eating at 80% full, it's been a few years now but since losing my gallbladder my cholesterol has gone up when I didn't have that issue before.
Sir, I get to enjoy dining with an insightful, informative, gentle, dining companion... Dr. Li ...thank you.
I’m going to make a dinner from what I’ve found on sale at the grocery store and what I have growing in the garden.

Hi Dr Li, checking in from UK, really enjoyed your presentation and yes I did learn something and always get at least one new tip from each of your talks. I am concerned about micro plastics and think that could be the next big hot topic.
Thank you Dr
Would you mind telling me what make lactobacillus reuteri gum you use? Thank you 😊
@31:00 Wow l reuteri forgot about that for oral health, chewable, thanks dr li another thing to add, spectacular episode as usual!!💪👊
I like to differentiate between fuel and building blocks, protein. I make myself focus on protein, including a drink mix of veg and animal proteins. I was morbidly obese from age 13 to 65. Now, I'm stable 150-155 lb. I avoid sugars (except allulose and trehalose) and watch my starches, eating organic and pastured as much as possible. You need protein for the process of staying alive, moment to moment. You need more than that much to rebuild muscle, skin, nerves, etc. Fight sarcopenia! That becomes increasingly important as the years pass.
Excelentes aportaciones del Dr. ojalá se traduzcan al español para que lleguen a más personas 😊❤
Because I have to be frugal, I meal-plan for the week, so I always know what I'll be eating that evening. I try to achieve a balance of nutrients and aesthetic pleasure. Fortunately I like legumes and make a mean black-bean burger . . . .

Hello Dr. Li, love your lifestyle. Wish my colleagues would listen to you. I do and have your book. I am now tossing my tea bag teas out. I heard that about tea bags in the past, but you sent it home. I really have a difficult time with not eating at night. Such a struggle to get control of. It is like an addiction. Any suggestions to help me with this problem?

Good morning Dr Williams I think you're doing a great job have you done any research on pine needles, I have taken my prostate out and now I'm just trying to find things that could kill anything that I left after my proton
Broccoli sprouts
Hello mr. Li, I'm used to put some raw organic cacao powder in my black coffee, does it make fat bubbles too ? Just like milk?
Good morning Dr William, I would like to meet you, one day I think you are doing a great job .have you than any research on pine needle
Hi Dr. Li, where do you purchase chewable Lactobacillus reuteri probiotics?
I’m curious… what cookware do you use? So many non stick options are now containing “forever” chemicals.
If you're eating dairy at the same time as drinking tea without dairy (e.g. a cheese sandwich or yogurt and a cup of tea), does that have the same polyphenol-reducing effect as having tea with milk?
Do you make Suzannah trace you down? Do you make her job difficult? Do you "serve" her by making her job hard and questionable? Just curious.
Feedback - 36 minutes is too long for me to watch before bed. 12 mins is doable. 36 means i put it in my "watch later" playlist which means i may or may not watch it.
Take a look at other channels that talk about healthy eating. They can be anywhere between 1.5 and 2 hours long😅
The most I can handle is 30 to 40 mins once a week.
Anyone who sends me daily long videos I unsubscribe.
