Rolled oats have very good GI comparatively. What I do is, I make overnight oats with Oteo Rolled oats and it tastes really good. Way better than instant oats because of the texture of rolled oats (Oateo the purple color bag rolled oats)

There's something going on about SOY ... something about hormone imbalance cuz soy contains a thing called " Phytoestrogen" ... Some say its bullshit but idk ... do your own research about soy ... As far as i know ... pros recommended that not to eat more than 50g a day ..

Soy is not bad. Low estrogen can wreck your sexual drive if you are lean. Men need estrogen too. Have it in moderation.
