I never ran away from home before but I did walk to my grandpa's house for the first time after school was over. I was part of an afterschool program but one day I decided to leave early because we weren't doing anything productive. I was able to reach his house without any trouble because his house wasn't that far. Still my family was scare in thinking I was kidnapped because my uncle was suppose to pick me up on that day but when he didn't see me there, he calls Mom and the family. Meanwhile I was at Grandpa's front door taking a short nap because no one was at Grandpa's house. Grandpa saw me on the porch when he drove up the drive way and call the family. I talk to Mom over the phone to ease her worries and she told me she loves me. When she physically reach Grandpa's house and saw me, she gave me a bear hug and a scolding.
The major highlight in this story is the teacher who was in charge of the small group of kids didn't stop me from walking away and he didn't notice me walking away.
This happen before I was given a cell phone plus I never attended afterschool stuff ever again because when school is out I'm out. This happen during middle school.

I remember one time my dad yelled at me after church, so I ran to take my dress of and put on a T-shirt, then get on my helmet and ride my bike to my friend up the street's house. I just sat in their yard and cried.

I ran away from home because I got a bad grade and I was afraid my mom would be mad. At the end she was just glad I was safe. Someone found me hiding out in the apartment office upstairs
