    When you moved the Knight for the discovered check... "It looks umm.. cooler. The Pawn is kind of attacking the Knight." I swear 1000 or 2000 ELO, chess players are all the same at heart LMAO that was hilarious

      The difference being that at 1000 they often wouldn't realize the pawn was protecting the square, and they also wouldn't realize it was a discovered check.

    I applaud you Antonio for making such polite and respectful videos, using an engine to see all the moves of a human game it would be so easy to criticize a lot of moves, and instead you just show a few lines that the computer wouldnt consider blunders or errors and then move on with the game as if no mistakes have been made and in reality its human vs human and you interpreted it correctly , bravo Antonio. (for example I put in the Morphy vs Anderssen game 5 into the analysis and the computer is not polite)

    I played my 1st chess game (since 1974) against a 1400, and made it to the endgame down 1 pawn, with my play based solely on Agadmator's aphorisms.

    @7:09 you can’t move the king to f7 because knight takes g5 would result in a royal fork and the pawn is pinned so it cannot capture the knight

    Found a pretty cool smothered mate variation for Fabi after the hypothetical line Antonio showed - 12.fxe5 Ng4, 13.Bxe7 Qxe7 14. Qxd4 Nc6 15. Qd6 Qg5 …..16. Nc3! Qe3+ 17. Kh1 Nf2+ 18. Kg1 Nh3++ 19. Kh1 Qg1+ 20. Rxg1 Nf2#

    @10:07 Maurice suggested Nh4, with the idea Rf6 if gxh4 is winning. Therefor Nh4 is winning. Actually Fabi did not resign but lost on time, also JX could not find the move Nh4 after the game in the studio. Poor time management by Fabi this game

    #suggestion Paolo Ladrón vs Eduardo Iturrizaga definitive game for the Spanish Championship played in Linares. Itu won the title with a Dragon. Not sure if you will find it quite amazing, but it's undoubtedly a very important game.

      Medo is the diminutive for medvjed. Medvjed means bear in Croatian. Medo means teddy bear.
