Thanks for the basic kali drills, paul. Been watching some your videos, even the old ones to improve and create my own flow for my Arnis/kali sticks and knife. Since its one of my physical hobbies to keep myself fit and boost my esteem. Thank you paul

I use one of these as my everyday walking stick, as I cannot use a cane anymore due to spinal cord problems and worn-out wrists. Since COVID it saved my life 4 times from groups of 3 to 4 armed wanting to rob me and steal my Dogs from the local encampments. I have a hole drilled through it and a sling attached, which takes most of my weight allowing me to walk, it's great with your instruction I'm good to go, Thanks Paul

Any drill that has parry and riposte energy will be easy to apply combatively, good stuff!

Paul, you are so good in teaching man. If I win at the lottery I will come by « obligation » to do a long stage on your side. You are generous so do not lose this quality of yours. Wish you all the very best.

good stuff. small detail when lifting your arms I see that you hands are above your head in the strike zone. in Kenjustu I see a lot of students putting their hands in jepordy. just a small detail I am seeing.
