Thank you Tom, those drills are awesome,I've done some similar and some same, the form is premo, I'm going too definitely work on picking that up, I took the Seguidas too class with me, have been working that with two others I've been training with for over 20 years, they love it and so do I. Very nice....used to twke Okinawan Karste and really liked Bo /staff drills and practice.....has come in handy a couple times with improvised weapons

Please do more” light saber “ battles using Kali . It’s awesome it’s my favorite thing to do after learning from you and Paul . Looking for some fantastic fight scenes with the real stuff going on! Also, I’d like your opinion on the staff versus sticks which is better? I prefer sticks But you can’t learn enough. Much respect!

Cool video. Is it safe to assume most things shown with a bo staff is applicable to a spear? My intuition says yes. Any caveats besides the obvious spearhead?
