I have been practicing, studying and guiding people through Breathwork Sessions for the past 2 years and this form of breathing is a very powerful breathing method, which will help you to break through into a different layer of you own consciousness. There, you will be able to release stress, stuck emotions, let go of fear and anxiety and open up for your inner guide, love and trust.

Doing meditations since 3 years and got this from my girlfriend to try. Already love it! For someome familiar with focused breathing this might be manageable on first try and still it's a somewhat different experience. My thoughts were "Trust yourself. Your body can do that. It's a challenge but your body and mind need challenges in order to grow. You will be fine."

I still have covid (day 11!) but am following this video as well. I keep running out of breath on the last one with just about 10 seconds left, but this is just day two, so here's hoping I can do it day three! :). (PS I feel great after doing this! Thank you, David!)

This is the master exercice, i don't think i get enough breathing in between the holdings
Deepen your breath and relaxe. It will become easier over time. If you have to breathe. Just take one breath and hold your breath again. Do what feels good for you!
Would it be possible with years of practice, of intense practice and long breathing sessions for my mind to become enlightened? I’m only interested in attaining a state of euphoria and achieving enlightenment, would these exercises help with that?
As a health coach I recommend all your sessions to my clients! This is one of my favorites with the longer breath holds. How long are they?

Dang, I need to practice breathwork consistently... Right now I'm barely able to hold my breath for longer than 40 secs.
It will become easier over time. Your breath will open up more and more! Trust the process.
I can’t hold my breath long enough. I can’t even come close. Is there any point in me trying this exercise? I just couldn’t do it. What should I do? Try a different one maybe?
Have you tried it on any empty stomach? That nearly doubles my hold times
why is it so hard after exhaling completely and hold for long time. I cannot hold for long time. please help
I have trouble holding my breath for more than 20-30 seconds- after exhaling completely. If i take a breath and hold it in, i can hold my breath for more like 30-45 seconds. Any tips of increasing the time? Really enjoying these practices! Thanks for sharing
Harmony grace hello. I also felt I couldn't hold my breath for longer durations but after months of trying to extend the breath retention and getting better nothing much happened. Someone gave me advice that don't focus on the duration of breath hold rather just focus on your breathing and body sensations. I tried this approach and I must I say it has brought ton of benefits physically as well as mentally.
Yes longer breath hold may help divers specifically.
So please focus on your feelings and how the body feels.
Somedays you may not feel as awesome as other days doing this practice but it is what it is. Its a practice.

My tip is to stop thinking about breathing when I hold my breath. I just focus my mind on enjoying the music, or feeling my heartbeat, see whether it's faster or slower while I hold breath. I also try to use my imagination to feel that my body is becoming more alkaline (which it really is), and explore my body and my mind in other ways while doing so, and magically 120 seconds feel like a blink of the eye. It's so awesome. I hope you can release your thought and experience that too.
