Hi, I think you mean the fade-ins and fade-outs? Simply make a selection at the beginning or end of the track and press 'F'. The more you select, the longer the fade in/out will be. Is that what you mean, or did I misunderstand you?
This is the Dark Mode. 😎 It’s available in Pro Tools 2020.11 and up ( I believe…) Go to Setup - Preferences and there in the Display tab you will find UI Theme. Set that to Dark :)
