superb preparation, the only hard task was to saute the onion ginger garlic and make them a paste in mixer. is it possible that the onion, ginger and garlic are finally chopped and use Kashmiri chilly instead of piriyan mulag full, to get the same texture.. a difference in taste is ok, as every preparation has its own quality..

Did you try adding coriander powder (half teaspoon) with the same time you add the masala mix to the heated oil ? Any taste difference by adding the coriander powder just before adding the chicken to the masala?
