Yes yes!! I’m also one of those folks who don’t mess about with their turmeric and ginger..I need them as potent as humanly possible hahaha. So they can wreck havoc and slap all the bad stuff in my body!!!
Why would u use turmeric powder (depriving yourself from all the goodness the fresh root possesses)? Plus, more and more studies show that powder stuff (not just turmeric) have often little of what it says on the label like some artificial fillers etc., can also be contaminated and is supposed to be eaten only cooked.
Because a lot of people don't have access to the fresh root. Some people also find the raw root more difficult to digest than when it has been cooked or in powder form. Normally tumeric powder is 100% turmeric powder... best to get organic ;)
For people who get aggravated when a presenter belabors every step... here's the ingredients. 1. Banana 2. Ginger root huge piece 3. Turmeric powder two teaspoons Or thumb size piece of turmeric root. 4. Fresh ground black pepper 5. Hemp seeds 6. Two tablespoons of cashews 7. Frozen mango (at least that's what it appeared to be) 8. Frozen pineapple
@@KindEarthTV Please forgive me for my aggressive and grumpy attitude. Two people came to work with covid and I just found out a couple of hours ago that one or both of them gave it to me.🤬😤 I just returned from The fresh market and purchased all the ingredients to make your smoothie
@@bjolly8924 ahhhw no worries. Times are challenging for so many of us at the moment, if it's not one thing it's something else. I am glad you are taking measures to give your immune system a powerful boost. Take care.
This looks delicious. I knew I was forgetting an ingredient; pepper! My go to is now adding evoo to aid in turmeric absorption & brain power foods, blueberries and walnuts.
Hi Anastasia how are you doing this is really good for everybody but a lot of people I don't think they like the taste but takes a bit of getting used to but after a while it's yummy it's good and it's good for you take care💜

Thanks for the recipe. I'll have to do some more shopping for fruit because I ate all that I bought this week. I was glad to see that you added ground black pepper to your recipe because it's what makes the Tumeric absorb into the body.
A couple of tips, to remove the lectins from cashews and make them safe to eat long term, oven toast them first, also chia seeds are great to add, you should toast those first though too since they also contain lectins🙂 also, don’t forget to soak the chia in water👍🏻
@@KindEarthTV not a direct article source, just different information that I’ve gotten off of RUclips and google checked to see if any of those things were true, I do have a video on the chia seeds though, not my own video of course, I’ll link it here for you🙂

good video, people forget they just need to eat healthier and keep consistently having certain foods for a better immune system.
Making it today. Thank you!!! I always thought that ginger has to be peeled all the time.
Not sure tbh about ginger - I have heard it's fine not peeled also (always used to peel lol!) - now I do both.
Enjoy!
@@KindEarthTV It was delicious. Thank you so much. Stay safe!!

I rather fortunately still have fruit in (although a very small freezer at home. We shall be moving onto nettles and dandelions soon haha.
You need a coffee, the way you speak...😅 Why so lethargic 😅😅
Could be many reasons… have you considered I might have been ill? And that there’s no need to be unkind?
Thank you for sharing 💙
My pleasure!
Great recipe.
Instead of the fruit, could I add in a probiotic, pineapple yoghurt?
You are adding some seeds. What is that seeds?
I want to know what seed is it after you pour the turmeric and before you pour the cashew nuts there is a seeds on it
Hemp
Yes shelled (hulled) hemp seeds
add in 3 gloves of garlic and its even better! could also add in veggies, you wont taste them.
Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊
Can't wait to try it!
You must have covid😳
Idiot
Is it better with water than milk
Milk is not necessary as there is so much else going on in there.
That first name is very common in Russia.
Could i use cayanne pepper
You can add anything that you like
Thank you!❤❤❤
You're welcome 😊
Thanks Anastasia
You are very welcome
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Can you drink it every day?
absolutely
All day if you want
Whatta cutie
You mentioned u can put frozen mango and another frozen but no one can hear clearly what other fruit
I think she said pineapple
She mentioned frozen pineapple and frozen peaches for added colors and sweetness
Thank you 🙏
What are the last two ingredients??
She mentioned Hempseed and Cashews
Hey, is this good for kids too? Thanks
yes of course
Sounds delishioso!!
I like your smile
Yes; the milk can be substituted for water instead of sugar with salt. But take the turmeric from the ground up blueberries to the bakers dozen
What is the powder called ?
Turmeric...
Can I use soy milk instead of water ?
for sure
Soy isn’t good , it’s genetic modified bean
You should add a bit of Greek Yoghurt too. Bitta Ice too. 👍

Hiya - do you have an article on that or more info? I'd not heard of this necessity before. thx

Soaking is good especially chia if that were to be added i do this often, i would favour that over toasting
