Exactly how I cut/trim = part ear to ear & work from the back up. Your results look soooo good. Excellent job 👏🏿. And thank you for getting rid of ALL split ends. Many Bw have a problem letting go & so do so called professionals. Leaving split ends will CONTINUE to split/damage hair.

If your hair is stretched and already thoroughly detangled then yes, it would be fine to use a small comb.

I prefer to trim mine when it's blown out because my hair still has lots of volume and I can have an idea of how the final shape will look.
