Mine is brand new and won't stay lit 🙄 unless I hold the button down on the pilot

Open the cover 4 screw on the side
And 10 mm pilot light un screw it and blow it clean then try it mine work after that

I have a comfort glow heater but the igniter sparks weak once then miss 4to5 times I tried to find the igniter but I'm told they don't make parts for my model but it looks exactly like the one in your bathroom can I use a different igniter.

Quick question I can get the pilot light on but heater not flaming up but pilot light is lilt

I have a brand new 18 btu heater pilot light stays lit nice blue flame if I try to turn it up past 1 pilot light goes down but not off
