If its brand new and still warranty I would take it back to the store. However if you mean that's its fairly new but was packed away last winter and outside of warranty then follow the steps in the video.

I tried all these steps and nothing. Problem is I got it as a brand new gift. I used it for 1 day only. It worked and then nothing.
