    great video. I work for a water department for 20 year i like your utilities videos. I went out on my own 2 years ago am try to get in sub work from local municipalities could you tell me what kind of license i need.

      Depending on what state you’re in, it will vary. Here in Arkansas, we are required to have an “Arkansas Contractor’s License”. Depending on the work, maybe required to have a water Distrubition license thru the health dept as well.

      @@dannyhunter1225 you are way ahead of the game then most “contractors” in the area.
      Find out if Tennessee has any state contractors licensing board would be my first start. Then pay for a set of plans and a bid packet with a local municipality that you are familiar with. You can be a plan holder and not bid on the job. 😉
      Everything in that bid packet should layout what will be required of the contractor.
