I'm so glad you guys use barilla instead of Dececco Total difference in quality. Sometimes when I make Lasagna, I do the clemenza sauce from the godfafter. After cooking the clamenza sauce, I chop up the meatballs and Italian sausage. I put A little bit of basil and Oregano. I also mix the Ricotta cheese Shredded Mozzarella with fresh Burata cheese.

Any frozen sheets work well. We also use the dry ones, but boil have the cook time.

You said to cook the lasagna for One Hour and 45 minutes. If I'm making HALF the lasagna that you are making (feeding 12 people instead of 25), is the cooking time less or is it still One Hour and 45 minutes of cooking?
    p.s. LOVE YOU GUYS

THANK YOU for the quick response.
Btw, I made your tomato sauce the other day and it came out EXCELLENT. You guys are now my "go to" when it comes to Italian cooking.
      Merry Christmas @@BrooklynBrothersCooking
