FIESTA CAL part 1 - Mosaic Crochet Tutorial

- LET THE FIESTA BEGIN!
this is the tutorial for the first part of my FIESTA crochet along 2019! the pattern will be released in 6 parts, 1 per week, for the next 6 weeks. It's a paid CAL and the pattern is available in my Ravelry Store on half price = 5$ during the CAL. I will change that to full price = 10$ on December 1st
I will post free video tutorials for each part of the CAL here on my RUclips channel, always when releasing a new part of the pattern on Ravelry.

lastly, I know that I say in the video that the pattern will be available both on RAVELRY & ETSY. but I have been sanctioned by ETSY because when I first opened my ETSY account I happened to be living in HAVANA, CUBA, and due to the US EMBARGO on CUBA they have banned me from ETSY. this is all very unfortunate and I'm trying to contact them to work this out. until they can fix this for me (thankfully the US doesn't have an embargo on my native ICELAND where I live now! so I trust this WILL be fixed) … there's really nothing I can do. so for now, it's only available in my RAVELRY store. To help me in that quest, you could maybe try and contact ETSY as well and ask them to let me make my FIESTA CAL available there too!
ERROR NOTE: when I'm showing how to work ROUND 2, the video states incorrectly that it's ROUND 3. so please bear that in mind.

Hi Tinna! I know this is an older video but I hope you'll see this. I absolutely love your patterns. I recently found a free pattern for a crocheted bag strap by Purdy Sweet Crochet, the bag she made herself and used it on, credits you For her inspiration, she does not have the pattern for her bag available, so I decided to dig and find the pattern she was inspired by and it was this one! She uses one of the motifs for the bottom of the bag and it is brilliant. So I just purchased this pattern! Thank you for such beautiful brilliant patterns with excellent tutorials. I always love watching. ❤️

Cary Ulmer oh you’re so sweet to take an interest ❤️ I’m born in Iceland and come from a long line of talented crocheting, sewing and knitting women ❤️ my grandma taught me how to knit and my great grandmother (her mum) taught me embroidery and crochet as a young girl ❤️ I owe everything to them and I know they are proud of me today, although they are no longer with us ❤️ so they are the crafters that inspire me and guide my hands ❤️

Am I the only one who struggles with this pattern? I am new to crochet and recently finished my Queen CAL which I loved every second of. I am assuming this is a slightly advanced technique or I am just not good. Haha. Tinna your talent is incredible. Thank you for making all these videos!
