    In this video I take you a full upper body workout using just one resistance band you can do from anywhere! Gym membership or not, anyone can do this workout! Let's get it!
    This workout consists of 3 different supersets [6 total resistance band exercises] for the full workout (a superset is just one exercise after the other with no rest)
    4 Sets of 10-12 Reps for Each Superset
    - Low Banded Row Superset with Banded Bicep Curls
    - Banded Pushup Superset with Overhead Tricep Extensions
    - Shoulder Press Superset with Lateral Raises

      Do it one hand at a time with positioning your band in such a way that it would provide very less resistance

      Melissa Clark Kent it consists on doing the main compound lifts which are squats, bench and deadlifts. You do 3 workouts a week and focus of doing 5 sets 5 reps and add weight onto the bar each workout. If you search up Jason Blaha 5x5 program on google, it goes into more detail there.

    please make one separate video for chest exercise and one more video for thigh workout with resistance band .your videos are extraordinary i like them so much helping me with my exercise .As u already made video for biceps triceps and shoulder make these two more.

      Mees Voskuijl I wouldn't u gotta rest those muscles so every second or third day. Do lower body other days. Cardio every day.

      he probably produced a leg video as well that you can do on odd days - or do legs and upper same day ---would take a day off though - seems that's the usual advice.

    Brother I just got my resistance band and I'm totally out of shape from upper to lower not too much weight but still not shredded I want to get atleast normal shredded please let me know from starting where to start upper body lower body... Type of diff exercise

    Do these bands break easily?Mine arrived in the post today and when i do shoulder presses and overhead tricep extensions I Feel I'm pushing the band to its maximum stretch and it might break and cause me injury.

      These kinds of bands are super strong and are designed to be stretched far. If you have a cheap band then yeah it won’t be great but if they’re good quality they’ll be fine
