touch screen was irritating too at initial stage when chinese touch phones was a pain but nowadays touch is everywhere. bruh this is new technology it will take time to develop, I can bet that within coming 3-5 years this feature will work flawless.. maybe it will be helpful for those with no hands or to those peoples who are disable and cant move their hands..
It’s still in development and will be much better in the full release
I remember that Samsung had this on the s4 and the function of unlocking the screen with the iris of the eyes on the s8, but they discontinued both functions

You need to go to Setting > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and select Public Beta and give a refresh to the Update page and you will have option to Download iOS 18.

I calibrated it on a solid surface and about 30cm away as instructed, however, it would randomly snap to places i’m not looking at directly. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent feature.

Sadly no, this feature is only supported on iPhone 12 and later.

Reset eye tracking
You can just toggle off Eye Tracking. And next time you will enable, it will again ask fro the calibration.
