Hey Viktor! Thanks a lot of the awesome content. I just wanted to ask a question how does the HDMI 2.1 bandwidth behave with the Ps5. Everyone mentions about the limitation but not how it affects the performance and the experience. I can’t purchase LG27GP950 as it hasn’t even been released in the country. I am buying for both a 30 series Gpu and a Ps5. If you can help me out with this would really appreciate it thank you. And Happy holidays to you.
Sorry for the super late reply. Thx friend. I hope you are having a great summer! Did you get the m28u? Has the GP released yet? The m28u has no issues that I can see but hard-core gamers would maybe see a color difference but to me it looks fantastic.
İ bought m28u last week. This monitör is amazing. Colours, contrast, local diming, speed is just amazing. There is Only a little bit IPS glow. But this is normal for IPS panels. And one more thing. M28u Brightness is also amazing too. İ am using at 30 percent Brightness. 100 percent brighntess is too much.
What’s behind and beyond a screen should be a big if. And I'd like to chime in my experience. I got an M28U. A nasty bad one. The screen flickered from time to time. The worst scenario is it blacked out a second.; can’t say when or how often, like after how many minutes. Well. If you think a faulty monitor is bad enough, you’re in for a bigger trouble. That is Gigabyte’s service and attitude. Originally I wanted a replacement. They wouldn’t let you, unless they test it and make sure it’s not my wrongdoing. That’d leave me without a monitor. So I decided to return it and get refund. But the trouble did not end here. Gigabyte would not confirm refund before they check and test to their heart’s content. And they said it’d take a month.
I have an LG 27GN950-B and was REALLY dissappointed with the local dimming function, the screen has fantastic colors, but when playing dark games, or games with dark areas / stuff, you REALLY notice the IPS glow. Now that thing got toasted yesterday, when a liqueur bottle exploded on my desk (dont ask, I was REALLY lucky not to be in my room at that moment...) and I need a new one. How do the colors of your LG compare to the Gigabyte, when both are set to the same brightness? And do you know how the M32U compares to the M28U? RTINGS said, that the M28U has problems with overshoot, even with overdrive set to "off", which they say the M32U doesnt have.
Great that your safe friend... Maybe your room was celebrating New Years too early?? 🤣... Seriously tho great you were not there at the time. But on your question. The m28u to me did not show any Overdrive issues. I have it on balanced and I see nothing that degrades or makes the image off. Now if I compare to the Aorus FV43U yes the Aorus has issues at different drive levels so I know what you are talking about. But the LG does seem brighter at 100% but can look the same if the LG is at 40-50% brightness.
@@DisplayReality Thanks for the info man. Seems like the overdrive artifacts depend on the glorious panel lottery and Rtings had one of those; other reviewers also didnt had any issues from what I could gather. I ended up ordering the M32U, because the M28U was only avaible in one single store and was about the same as the M32U (800 vs 820€). I just hope that thing doesnt end up being too large for my desk xD
@@DisplayReality i bought the gp bc of the nano hdr 400 and backlight alround look for the 28u speaks the price 1ikch bigger and local dimming I hope i didnt make a bad choise
Does your ips glow bother you? I have noticed my glow is stronger on the GP vs my GN. But it's not bad that I needed to return it or a distraction. I guess every panel is different
Do you think you’ll have a comparison video at some point in the future of the new Philips Momentum 279M1RV next to the GP950? I know that the Momentum is using the same Nano IPS panel but it’d still be nice to see them side by side and any potential differences they have (besides the obvious ones like the look and branding etc).
How does the wider color gamut, extra brightness , and nano ips technology on the LG compare to the m28u? I got the vg28uql1a which is basically asus’s version to the m28u but I find myself feeling the colors feel flat and dull and the monitors looks dim as hell. Watching YT videos feels like I’m looking at an iPhone 5. I’m thinking of returning this one and getting the gn950.
I can't wait for Samsung to refresh their G7 Odyssey. And how a VA ( curved ) monitor compared to IPS. May not color accurate as IPS, but greatly increase the contrast to make image pop. Yes, it has narrow viewing angle, but you'll most likely be sitting center of the monitor.
HDR1000 Odyssey G7 was announced and won awards at earlier this yr at CES 2021. 1000r curve VA panel. I don't know what happened... maybe next yr? But I can't wait to do vs vids on the G7 28" vs G7 32"
Hey Viktor. I have a friend who bought the gigabyte m27q which I think is close to the m28u. Can you please help with some settings because the monitor looks horrible out of the box? Thanks Kristian :-)
Hey brother... I hope your G70A is treating you well. Well... On the m28u I am about to make another video on the F07 firmware. But I just have it on Standard or user/custom1 with black equalizer at 10. Balanced response time. Color Vibrance at 11 or 12. Gamma 2.4, brightness 100, contrast 60... thats about it. Local dimming on. But I will show in the new video.
@@DisplayReality Hello Viktor! I am the friend. I just tried to push your recommended settings in, and it looks 'better' .. I dont think the screens are so alike. BUT... im really thinking about throwing the extra bucks, and buy the Samsung G70A like Kristian. Funny enough, the G70A is the cheepest 4k / 120+ / 2.1 monitor in Denmark. - What are your thoughts?
@@DisplayReality thanks for the quick response, it helps a lot. Maybe my friend is about to return his monitor and get the g70a like mine. I love the monitor g70a it’s so good and I hope they will update it frequently. About the g70a, do you have on screen response time standard, faster or extreme with console? Maybe you can list your brightness contrast and so on? Again super thanks brother, I appreciate your passion and dedication to make good content on yt.
Hi love your video, always consistent comment to help us making our choice. I have one question : i have the lg950gp but The black and backlight kind of deceive me. Do the M28u local dimming option works on PS5 and xbox series x ? Might go with this one since your DEMO is really impressive
The black equalizer is powerful on these innolux panels. I will play some xbox games thus week on the gp950 vs m28u so you can see the black equalizer. But the brightness on the LG with its color retention is what's great on it. But very very soon I will be in a new room and I will be able to have all my monitors on display for faster videos. But if you have alot if daylight light or Ambient light the LG is fine and best as you need more brightness to power thru that surrounding light. But at night or low Ambient light the black equalizer of the m28u really helps.
The m32U is lower at 350-380nits vs the m28u 500nits on f07 according to rtings. The monitor firmwares are different. Both are great and if you don't need that extra brightness in sdr then the m32u is a better choose for the size/4k.
Just decided to refund my m28u and get the LG, because the m28u is just too dark for me (my current monitor is xg279q, turned on 100% of its 400nits), and I dont know why the colour for m28u just seems to be not right, everything seems to be so yellow which kind of hurts my eye, compared to the xg279q that I currently use
It with the black equalizer that it looks amazing. They don't test that. Both of those things will make the picture look like magic. Its a perceived contrast.. but seriously. I love brightness and VA panels.. So this m28u almost gets there and its an IPS panel.
It's just normal flashlighting. Some Monitors are worse then others. I have some lower left also but in content I dont see it. If you just bought and it bothers you may want to exchange.
Black screen issue? Like a washed image or a display detect issue? I don't have either problems. I have over 200hrs so far but I always use my cables I never yse cables included in the monitor. Example my G7 32" had Display port cable issues so once I used mine if went away. So I won't cheap out on cables.
Didnt end up getting the alienware because according to ratings these are better for console i dont have any way to update as i dont have a pc which one do you recommend
when comes to gaming i usually dont put brightness up i still put it in middle or little bit darker for me i dont put it more high on brightness so i dont know what to pick for my playstation 5 because im looking for monitor to pass stories of games
10 months later both the monitors updated and them being very similar in price what you you recommend the m28u or the lg for the xbox seires x and why?
M28U for the black equalizer. The percieved contrast is better. As both are very comparable on motion to my eyes. Color tho is nicer on the LG and I do believe the LG has higher bandwidth for the ps5 vs the 24gbps of the m28u. This only pertains the the ps5. Xbox looks great on both. It's tough friend.
I was wondering if you have the same problem the quality is perfect when I’m still but when I move around it’s like the colours are stretching I don’t know how to explain it
Well you get a bigger size and 4k120hz and better perceived contrast. Sounds like a good upgrade. Tho colors may seem lower than LG nano but the black equalizer will be worth it.
Yes unfortunately is software based. So PC only. But if you have an elgato cature card you can trick or passthru it thru the elgato and it should pick up the leds as the 2nd feed monitor.
the local dimming is nice, but it also appears to reduce image quality overall. the LG has a better look in almost every real world situation and is better imo.
Hey Viktor would you say the M28U new firmware increased the brightness enough to make it somewhat comparable to the LG now? If before it was 300 nits do you think it may be around 350 now? Thanks for making this btw
Yes... i know i have been late but I am making this video. My 27 G50A is rated at 450nits full screen and the m28u is as bright. It weird.. glitch?? I don't know but I will show in a video. Tho the panel dims too slow and at weird times but that so far has not affected my playtime on it. I will show friend. Very soon... I am still setting up my lighting in the new room.
LG is brighter while the m28u is lower in brightness (depending on firmware you use) but looks deeper. Its really a tie. Tho the LG has more features like srgb mode and that led sphere 2.0 lighting that make it one of a kind.
Great review Vik! Is there a standout winner if you own both consoles and play mainly sports games, and Call of duty - in terms of maximum performance (could be a different monitor than these two.) ?
Depending on price... the Aorus FV43U is the best 43" in my possession while the G7 32" is best at 32" and then depending on price LGGP is better for me because I need the brightness but save 300 and the m28u is the same other that brightness. Speed and colors looking so close it hard to tell. I am waiting on more 32" 4k Monitors for next yr. I need more brightness than 300ish nits. The m32u is not much improvement over the 28 but it's still cheaper than the LG so that may be a better buy as its more size for long term.
Eve spectrum uses the gp panel but different asthetics. It's an unproven brand but It should be great. Many reviews I see are cherry picked Reviews. Once best buy or Amazon gets them I can then see.
Yesterday I got lg gp and comparing it to my m28u seems to me overall better, even as performance it seems superior to me ... what do you think especially for the competitive
The response time looks so close. Super impressed with these innolux panels but brightness goes to the LG. But for competitive it should be very close as the m28u just got a new uodate f06 for double digit improvement on the input lag. You keeping both or only one..
The m32u has the sane panel but is brighter. My new updated firmware of F07 on the m28u is crazy good. It's super bright now. Video coming soon. I usually have Local dimming on for that increased full screen Brightness and if you add the black equalizer... it beats every monitor for the value of deep contrast at a great price under 599.
I read the m28u is limited to 24 Gbps, so it needs Display Stream Compression for certain signals compared to LG that utilizes the full 40gbps over hdmi 2.1? Is it important for PS5/Xbox Series X?
Only for PS5 is the issue. Not pc or xbox. Tho the ps5 is 32gbps max. I honestly really do not see a difference. I will show more soon on the m28u and cover this topic.. the m28u is at a really good price. I think it's worth it.
I'm considering buying the M28U but I've seen many reviews complaining about black screen (maybe even shuts down) that appears for 4-5 seconds after exiting any full screen app (some people reported that this could be resolved by disabling G-Sync and FreeSync), have you experienced this issue? And also what do you think about the text sharpness and crispness as I intend to use this monitor for work as well and text sharpness is key for me. Thanks a lot in advance for your help!
I have the M28U. When the computer starts up. The screen stays black untill i get to login to windows. I also connect this computer to my tv. Wich has instant picture when i start up. I only seem to have this problem using hdmi 2.1 and not with displayport. When it loses signal, it could indeed be 4-5 seconds before u get a picture again. But to be fair, while using the computer this hardly happens. So the only thing what is really annoying is starting up the pc. Apart from that its pretty great for a 4k 144hz 'budget' monitor. (and dont forget to update the filmware to F07. Out of the box the the input lag kind of sucks. So you really need to do this. And if u have any more doubts about this monitor watch this: ruclips.net/video/xnJjuQdQiyo/видео.html
So I currently have a 43" Philips momentum 4k HDR 1000 2.0 monitor I've had a fair few years but want to upgrade to a 2.1 and have been searching for weeks. I'm hesitant to swop to smaller 27" screen is a huge difference but would it be better? I'm torn between lg 27GP950 or go Gigabyte M32U or M28U, strix or neo I just don't know! 4k 120hz minimum 2.1 best recommendation?
M32U is brighter than the m28U. I like and want the Asus PG32UQ as 32" 4k hdmi 2.1 looks nice. Its really hard to say get this over that. But the Gigabytes have black equalizer that gets the screen looking like it has more contrast the the specified contrast ratio rating. If for ps5 get any monitor other than the Gigabytes as those have a capped 24gbps port. While others are higher like the G70A which is 40gbps. That means your ps5 would look better the higher the bandwidth for color. If your spending this amount if money then might as well get what you pay for... thats why the Gigabytes are a great value tho because they are the cheapest. So it depends too on money
Thanks for getting back to me appreciate it as your the only person that did. I like the Asus but heard is not as good as it looks for the price it is. Most reviewer's have rated it at 2.5/3.5 looked at the Aorus to but that's capped too and heard it has a lot of dead pixels 🤦
I am considering M28U, but 300 nits is bit on the low side. However, does enabling HDR on M28U makes it better in brightness keeping the same local dimming functionality?
There is so much I know it can be hard. Look out soon for the Asus pg32uq. Hdr600 at 4k must look great and only 100 more than the LG. Hopefully I can get in Nov.
Hi sorry this post is 7 months out from your video but was hoping for some expert advice. I’ve just built and outdoor office which is a fancy way of saying man cave for gaming and I’m looking for a gaming monitor for my Xbox series x. I’ve never had a gaming monitor before and have been playing on a 49” 4K Sony Bravia for the last 8 years which was the first 4K they did and hasn’t even got HDR. Basically I have a budget of £750 and the gigabyte is currently £730 and the LG is £699 so both are in budget I just don’t know which one I should go for as I’m really just a coach gamer playing a few hours a week. I want to make sure my money is spent well and won’t regret it Sorry for the essay but any response would be amazing
The m32U is a great 4k 32" and the same price you listed. You get alot for your money. The LG would be better than the m28U as the LG is more color friendly (srgb mode) and has less backlight fluctuations vs the m28u.
LG is faster and has more color saturation. Especially in the daytime or Ambient lit room it looks better. The M28U is best in dark or low light and still very good.
F07 uodate just released. It replaces the broken F06. I will make a video for this week friend. I'll work on it hopefully for wed. It improves input lag by over 100%!! :) it's a good one.
@@DisplayReality I appreciate the response 🙏 this really helps me as i couldn't decide between the Samsung G70A or the LG 27GP950 but i think I'll try the LG 😀
Colors are amazing on nanoips, but contrast men contrast sucks.. I never could go for full brightness because the screen would turn into a ips glow mess.. so you are playing horizon zero dawn for example, during the day you think this monitor was your best purchase ever.. then it comes the night and you wanna kill yourself
🤣 I know what you mean. The camera does show more flashlights g than I can see normally but yes it there vs other monitors. Next yr. LG Nano IPS "trueblack" will be released. I'll make a video soon on new tech for us GP lovers. :)
For 200 more we would get 96 zones and a small bit brighter screen on the m9 according to hardware unboxed. But 699 for the gp is only 100 more vs the m28u. So I really like the GP now at 699. The m9s zones help but not night and day... its hard to say friend. 200 savings can help buy you a nice soundbar if needed or other pc accessories...
The LG for Brightness as a I need it. But if you don't keep above 50 brightness on your current monitor right now the m28u is best for price. Hz and panel speed look the same to me and tests.
Good review, would be harder to choose if both were available right now in the UK, but the M28U is sold out everywhere, so ordered the LG its arriving tomorrow. Had to splash out as just got a ps5 and didnt realise 2k wasnt an option on it, i play pc at 2k at the moment, and didnt want to go cheaper for a 4k monitor as didnt want the 60hz models. Either of these i think would be a huge upgrade for anyone with sub 4k, so am looking forward to getting mine as was underwhelmed when i booted up my ps5, until i realised i was playing in 1k on my 2k monitor. 😬
And can u tell me your color settings? I'm currently using the cinema mode as I like the colors but I don't know if it adds input lag pls answer me, it arrived yesterday
Try user/custom. You can adjust some settings there. Black equalizer cam be adjusted let me know what happens. I'll hook up my g7 tomorrow after you reply so I can see but what do you see stutter on. Console or PC. VRR may have issues with that low mode but I'll see also.
@@DisplayReality I'm playing on ps5 and with low input mode is unplayable but without that mode I feel slower, I leave freesync off as it's useless with ps5, I have read that many have this stutter issue with low input mode, I don't know if I should return it, I'll try upgrading the firmware from 1013 to the last one I guess
Ps5 hdmi 2.1 output is max at 32gbps. The Aorus Fv43 hdmi 2.1 only at max 24 gbps which is disappointing as max output for hdmi 2.1 cable is at 48gbps. I would like to ask whether the M28u and the LG 27GP950 hdmi 2.1 output is at 40 or 48 gbps? Thanks.

@@DisplayReality i bought the gp bc of the nano hdr 400 and backlight alround look for the 28u speaks the price 1ikch bigger and local dimming
I hope i didnt make a bad choise
Bought the GP950. I’d rather have the positives of the LG but am concerned the IPS glow will make me return it.
Does your ips glow bother you? I have noticed my glow is stronger on the GP vs my GN. But it's not bad that I needed to return it or a distraction. I guess every panel is different
@@DisplayReality I will let you know. I get it next week. But that’s good to hear. As long as it’s not bad
@@Dispensational_David Update about the monitor? Is the ips glow bad? Did you return it??
@@DisplayReality been loving it. Glow isn’t bad at all. Picture is super clear and perfect size monitor
Excellent video man, this literally what a good comparison video looks like. Cheers
Thanks
Kristian :-)
What is the panel size? M28U appears to be bigger.
The m28u is 28" while the LG is 27". 1inch difference does looks a bit bigger.
hello brother what are your settings?
I'm thinking about getting the VG28UQL1A since it has more hdmi ports, I wonder if you can do a comparison between the VG28UQL1A and the M28U
Hy bro. Like your video content. Can u make a similar video of lg 27gp850 vs gygabyte m27q
I only have the 32gp850 and an m28u. Sorry friend... I got higher end Monitors on the way soon.
I want to buy the M32U, will the M32U be the same as the M28U? In brightness and local dimming?
The m32U is lower at 350-380nits vs the m28u 500nits on f07 according to rtings. The monitor firmwares are different. Both are great and if you don't need that extra brightness in sdr then the m32u is a better choose for the size/4k.
How noisy is the fan on the LG? If you had to rate it from 1 to 10, how annoying is the noise?
Thanks for the video. The LG 27GP is now the same price as the M28U in my country - which would you choose in that scenario?
27GP friend... it's a safer buy. Brighter in hdr, and faster backlight tho it has less perceived contrast vs the m28u.
@@DisplayReality Thanks very much friend!
Do you like the lg better?
Appreciated the review, I just bought the Gigabyte's big brother, the M32U. I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs.
?
Rtings says that the local dimming on M28U is shit. Which one is it?
It with the black equalizer that it looks amazing. They don't test that. Both of those things will make the picture look like magic. Its a perceived contrast.. but seriously. I love brightness and VA panels.. So this m28u almost gets there and its an IPS panel.
that black contrast is very good for ips on the M28U. I hope that you could test the G9 Neo
I need that Neo G9 in my life!! LOL... share the channel pls... if the channel gets higher I will invest in the G9 for videos and Vs Videos. Thx...
I have the gp950 and I see that when it is dark there is a slight whitish glint in the lower corners, especially on the left. It is normal? 🤔
It's just normal flashlighting. Some Monitors are worse then others. I have some lower left also but in content I dont see it. If you just bought and it bothers you may want to exchange.
have you had the black screen issue people have been having with the gp?
Black screen issue? Like a washed image or a display detect issue? I don't have either problems. I have over 200hrs so far but I always use my cables I never yse cables included in the monitor. Example my G7 32" had Display port cable issues so once I used mine if went away. So I won't cheap out on cables.
Hi ! Did see any réal difference between G7 odyssey with ps5 ? Is 28 inch and 4k worth it ? Thanks you :)
Thanks for the comparison :)
Whats your opinion about the new Odyssey G70a also with HDMI 2.1?
I have mine on preorder but unless Samsung added some panel performance features it's basically the same as the m28u. I of course will test...
The Xbox series x forces HDR on Halo Infinite. Is this a good or bad thing as I can’t then choose fps mode?
I was wondering if you have the same problem the quality is perfect when I’m still but when I move around it’s like the colours are stretching I don’t know how to explain it
I currently have the gn950 and im looking to get the M32U what are your thoughts on my transition to the M32U for my PS5
Well you get a bigger size and 4k120hz and better perceived contrast. Sounds like a good upgrade. Tho colors may seem lower than LG nano but the black equalizer will be worth it.
@@DisplayReality and what do you know on the response time? Is the M32U faster for competitive call of duty gameplay compared to the LG GN950?
I have 27gp950 and it's amazing! But i cant find how to enable RGB Sync for PS5 games, it works only with PC? Thank you for video
Yes unfortunately is software based. So PC only. But if you have an elgato cature card you can trick or passthru it thru the elgato and it should pick up the leds as the 2nd feed monitor.
@@DisplayReality спасибо, дружище
I just got a 32GQ950-B... for PS5 gaming, if HDR is on should local dimming be set to Faster, Fast, Normal or Off?
Hello, is it possible to downgrade firmware on M28U? Man M28U looks so much better with perceived contrast like it is VA panel
I really liked this review. Thanks Viktors! Regards from Italy !
Got to love the bleed! Wow on that LG on the first min you could see it clearly.
It's like if the M28U black equalizer deepens the picture and removes or hides any flashlights or bleed.. that's cool
the local dimming is nice, but it also appears to reduce image quality overall. the LG has a better look in almost every real world situation and is better imo.
There is less of a look change on the LG thats for sure. In daylight or in the day everyone would appreciate the LGs brightness advantage for sure..
who is your Internet provider.
@@DisplayReality Thank you! I’m looking forward to it
the m28u is out of stock in my region. Any similar monitors with good local dimming?
The Odyssey G70A or M32U are good...
Amazing review! Just subscribed.
Thank you friend..
any recommendations on achieving the lowest motion blur on the M28U?
Also, for gaming generally, do you go HDR or standard?
I just play in sdr. But have you updated to f07 firmware? It's way brighter...
My local store sells both for the same price, which one should I get?
GP beats it hands down in clarity due to the semi glossy finish. HDR400 isn't great and the overall image is washed out w/ brighter scenes. GP wins.
How do these compare to the Eve Spectrum?
Eve spectrum uses the gp panel but different asthetics. It's an unproven brand but It should be great. Many reviews I see are cherry picked Reviews. Once best buy or Amazon gets them I can then see.
Sorry vik I have a problem with the firmware update of the m28u, osd sidekick does not find the device, how can I do? Thank you
Don't upgrade yet to f06. They pulled it because it was bricking display port connections. I'm waiting too.
did you ever get around to updating the M28U firmware to see if that wierd local dimming behavior still happens with the lady's nose?
Oh... I forgot. I will soon and report on the community post if it has changed and a video thx...
@@DisplayReality what's a community post? will I see it if I'm subbed to you?
Yesterday I got lg gp and comparing it to my m28u seems to me overall better, even as performance it seems superior to me ... what do you think especially for the competitive
The response time looks so close. Super impressed with these innolux panels but brightness goes to the LG. But for competitive it should be very close as the m28u just got a new uodate f06 for double digit improvement on the input lag. You keeping both or only one..
Are you saying that the LG GP950 seems to be better than the m28u overall?
How soon is the G7 coming??
As soon as they ship which I believe is around Oct 20th. Thats what my shipment says. Us release is taking forever. I hope sooner...
Is this really similar to the m32u? And what settings should be turned on or off , would you have local dimming on for gaming?
Can you make a vid with the ASUS VG28UQL1A vs LG27GP950?
so, the lg GP vs lg GN????
Nvm, found it.

Most reviewer's have rated it at 2.5/3.5 looked at the Aorus to but that's capped too and heard it has a lot of dead pixels 🤦
i set level black to low on my gp950 and look very good contrast for me.. you set too?
Did you change Black to low on display port or hdmi?
hdmi 2.1 on ps5
I am considering M28U, but 300 nits is bit on the low side. However, does enabling HDR on M28U makes it better in brightness keeping the same local dimming functionality?
I'm making a m28U video and the brightness had increased on the New firmware..
with all this 4k monitor i don't know who is the best for gaming ...

I want to make sure my money is spent well and won’t regret it
Sorry for the essay but any response would be amazing
The m32U is a great 4k 32" and the same price you listed. You get alot for your money. The LG would be better than the m28U as the LG is more color friendly (srgb mode) and has less backlight fluctuations vs the m28u.
Lg Gp 950 or sony inzone m9 ? I care about the quality picture and good color and prefomance. Pls help and answer me😅
Both are tied I would say overall on picture display but the Sony has more contrast due to the 96 zones. Its a nicer more deep picture vs the LG
@@DisplayReality thanks 🙏
Which one is ‘better’ for gaming? Price isn’t an issue
LG is faster and has more color saturation. Especially in the daytime or Ambient lit room it looks better. The M28U is best in dark or low light and still very good.
How do you update gigabyte m28u? I own one
F07 uodate just released. It replaces the broken F06. I will make a video for this week friend. I'll work on it hopefully for wed. It improves input lag by over 100%!! :) it's a good one.
Is the bleed on the LG as bad as everyone says?
It's not that bad. It's normal ips glow and bleed. It just depends on the panel you get. I enjoy the LG 27gp950..
Hey Vik! GP950 is $699 at Best Buy right now…. Should I still wait for the M9? 😭
Great Video!
Thx friend. Happy holidays...
Lautsprecher ersetzen?
die lautsprecher des m28u sind sehr schlecht. Eine Soundbar ist besser
What would be your favorite, to play on ps5 ?. Especially warzone, Thanks
Pls help me, I have odyssey g7 but with low latency mode it stutters every 20 second, what should I do?
Thanks.
Honestly there is no way currently for me to test that. I will look Online for how to...
This was tested in Rtings review of the 27GP950. The 27GP950 has two 48gb HDMI 2.1 ports and the M28U has 24gb HDMI 2.1 ports
