Im only applying for a job as a store assistant not a job at nasa
Well said
Nah literally 🤣🤣
i still want this job bro
😂
31:17 answer is D) 75%.
70% of 60 is 42. He's already answered 12 questions correctly, so out of 40 more questions, he needs 30 correct answers to get 70% total. 30/40=75%.
Is this really the kind of test they give, it’s a grocery store u need a masters degree in science and math to work at ALDIs as a cashier? TH
Honestly 😂😂😂
Yep it is.
Seriously
What the actual heck? This is so extra
@10.28 then you can add 22nd of each month as well. and then maybe add 1 more for the 2nd month of the year. ..
Also can be 3. Pattern in column c1: 11, c2: 9 (2 less than 11) so c3 answer might be 3 because it gives us 7 in total (2 less than 9).
Yooo this isn’t actually the Aldi interview is it 😂😂
wait they're fr gonna ask this stuff?? my retail interviews are usually just short questions
Does aldis have a pension plans for assistant store managers
This has made me nervous but helpfull I really want a position in Aldi on the tills I've a assessment tomorrow I've done my research but I'm dreading it
Thanks for sharing! Please watch other videos on this channel to get ready. And all the best on your job interview and assessment test!
@@OnlineTrainingforEveryone thank you for support
Hi Jacque, what type of assessment did you got?
Did you get the job?
Is this test in the uk??? Omg I’ve got a group assessment next week
by this logic i could give myself 10 to 15 ''seconds'' sooo see you in a year with my answer oO
Project 2 is 50% longer
Any body here to help me for aldi whearhous assessment test iam too much worry about
Very helpful, thank you! I have one of these tests next week, and I am nervous. After this video, I am feeling more confident, giving me a much better understanding to these types of questions. Have you got more of these tests for Aldi or something very similar. I don't mind if they are quite old or more recent. Nonetheless, very helpful.
Was this helpful and did you get the job? 🙂
@@km-fy7hh Yes I was offered the job, I turned the job down as I was offered something better. During the interview periods, there wasn't any tests. It was just a straightforward interview with no tests. So, I was pretty relieved at the time, not having to do multiple tests. I think it varies with Aldi with tests. I guess it is down to the management if they implement these tests. This video was very helpful, as some of the questions I have never seen before, so it was nice to learn something new =}
@@iEXeCuTe ohh okay i did the interview and flopped because I have low confidence 💀but ur right it was no tests
@@iEXeCuTe hello.
How was the assessment? I have an upcoming assessment in Aldi. Can you please guide me?
@@engineerhameed1808 Hey! I had a straightforward interview thankfully without any online tests. When they offer you an "assessment" via email, I assumed I would have multiple tests, and I didn't it was just a face to face interview.
My advice to getting offered a job at Aldi. Just be very prepared in the interview. Know the history of Aldi, like how many stores they have in your country. How many employees they have. How much profit they make annually. When the company was founded. Remembering your past experience with similar jobs within customer service, and selling yourself as best as you can. Always take a note pad with you, with pre thought out questions. In interviews the interviewer likes seeing this type of thing. Think about your skillsets, and why those skillsets would be valuable to Aldi. Think about everything that would happen in a typical day in Aldi, and try and translate that into your skills, so it looks like you are ready for the start date.
Have a job reference and a personal reference available and on hand as they do want those when you accept the job.
Dress smart, a tie and suit. Be professional and as confident as you can. Be yourself ultimately. And if you combine all that together, you should get the job. Good luck =}
35:08 on answer C the triangle is at the bottom whereas all the other answers have triangles on the upper part in the square. How would you avoid this confusion?
150% as 8 hours is 100% then 12 hours is 50% more ?
All but 7 sold means what?
How do you know which 'second' they are looking for? Or would it be correct either way? - great practice by the way! :)
Yeah also you either right full statements yourself when you ask questions or you cannot expect full answer back unless you place yourself above the others which means I don't want to particitate in the scheme. There is a not even tiny difference between IQ test or test to meassure someone's ability to think outside the box and so clunky attempts presented here, also measuring someone's ability to think outside the box on clunky written question when you aim for workers from different backgrounds or speaking different language is really weird approach.
Also, the florist Question.. I always get mixed up between the wording of has and had. If she HAD 77 and all but 7 sold, she now has 7. If she HAS 77 because all but 7 sold, then it would be 77. I've been caught out with this before but it isn't always the case so I never know now what is correct - any ideas?
On one of the last questions "which item doesn't belong to the group?" There's another pattern. Every square have a black triangle on the upper right corner but one. Could it be the answer as well?

Why is this even relevant for the job?
I applied for a store assistant
Have you done with your assessment test?? What questions you were asked?? Or there is test like in this videO??
@@AyeshaBashir-yu3co I didn't get the job because I had no clue what to expect so I couldn't prepare. There is no iq test btw, I have no idea why these videos exist.
It's just a second interview, where this time they ask you synario questions, like for instance what would you do if there is a spillage in the Isle whilst you're stocking the freezer section?
I recommend preparing for those questions.
And also this is the most important interview out of the 2 as this time it'll be a store manager and not a hiring manager.
So now that you've experienced the first interview, you have some knowledge of what to expect.
Also revise the questions from the first interview again as they will ask some of these again. There's plenty of youtube videos out there for the aldi interview. However don't try and remember all these random facts like the origin of the company etc, as that's more for a marketing job.
And after the assessment they'll show you around the store and ask more questions like for the till section.
I highly recommend even just memorising the floor layout before hand. And telling them where things are as you're walking around.
And come up with some questions of your own even if you know the answer as because it shows you're interested.
This time it's more casual but still dress smart. And try to become likable and talkative.
I hope this helps
If you've got anymore questions just ask
