Early on Video was a HUGE Priority for me and now I have clients who order video on every shoot. Totally a way to differentiate yourself.
Creating our own RUclips Channel with listing videos of all of our homes has definitely set us apart in our market and attracts new clients.
A lot of my new clients have been asking for video. I had no choice but to learn it fast in order to keep clients and keep making new ones. It takes time and a lot of practice to get the "cinematic" quality. But once you figure it out, the possibilities really start to open up beyond just real estate videos.

Thanks, I need this encouragement because my efforts so far have not looked very good. I know all of the settings and moves, and I know how to edit, but it just doesn't look that great. I need a LOT more practice!
I agree, video is the way to go. It has become harder to differentiate with stills.
Can I ask what focal length you like to use for the detail work? Also, what gear do you use to capture agent audio? The clips you showed in this video were really rich and cinematic looking. I’m wondering if video will shrink demand for Matterport.
Your videos look very crisp Mike, I feel like mine are on a soft side maybe cause I shoot them in 1080? (60fps) I also have f/4 zeiss that I am looking to replace right now, new 16-35 PZ has great sharpness, leaning towards that one or mk 1 16-35 2.8 GM.

Dumb question, I'm new to this whole industry... I'm having a difficult time delivering a non branded Vimeo link for a video service that my real estate client ordered from me. I have sent them an embedded Vimeo link that works, but they say they can't use it because it says "Vimeo Player" in the link, and apparently this breaks MLS policy? How can I create a Vimeo link that is unbranded?
When MLS refers to an “unbranded link” what they mean is that in the video cannot contain any graphics of the realtors information or logos etc as it would be considered to be an advertisement for the realtor and MLS strictly forbids that sort of thing. That said, Having the Vimeo name in there shouldn’t be an issue however I always use RUclips links for MLS so not sure on the particulars for Vimeo. There’s a chance maybe youre sharing the wrong link?

I have communicated back and forth with the realtor, and I have made sure that there is no branding, logos, or anything of the sort present in the video, title, or the description.
I originally sent her a YT link that was unlisted from an unbranded channel, and she said the MLS wouldn't even accept YT links of any sort...
Then I went to Vimeo as explained in my earlier comment, again with no branding in the video, title, or description and the Vimeo link worked. But she said she wouldn't be able to use the link for the video because it has the words "Vimeo Player" in the URL. Not really sure what else I can do at this point...
@@MrKreationsHD yeah that shouldn’t be an issue at all. She’s mistaken sounds like. Also, a lot of realtors struggle with anything having to do with a computer sometimes lol.

I had to refund her the $280 video product because I couldn't send her an "Unbranded Link." Not going to be able to offer her and her team video services until I can figure out a way to provide links without the host sites name in them. Chalk it up to a learning opportunity I suppose.

Video is big in my market. Agents always want someone who can do it all... Anyone not offering video is missing out on ALOT of money...
