Central Jersey Speedway 1991--Where was that??

In 1991 new promoters took over the, then dormant, New Egypt Speedway. To the delight of the fans and competitors the "Full Blown Modifieds" returned to the old speedway for 4 exciting events. Things were going well until the end of the season when an extended lease agreement never materialized.
