Tactical ADV is not a wide boot. It has normal to narrow foot splint but a wide toe cap. The wide toe cap is for maintaining natural balance points for better control and balance. Your feet also feel better if you have flat feet. If you bought too small pair or you have wide feet you can do heat moldation + ”break the boot cap” by heating it and standing on it for a while. It start to strech after that These boots are the same true-to-fit size like Burton & ThirtyTwo.
No the 2020's and below were not the same fit as Burton. I owned Burton at the same time as I tested/had these Adidas. I owned the Tactical ADV and Tactical Lexicon. The 8.5 Adidas fit the same as the 9 Burton boots and even ran a little wider. These older models ran wide for not being an official wide boot. This changed the last year before Adidas pulled out of the market (2021) and they started fitting true to size but still ran wide for normal boots. None of this matters anymore because these have been discontinued for several years now.
I just bought a pair of tactical ADV's 2020 from The-House in store. They have the gold level liner. Definitely not the lexicon. but i got the nicer liner. I'll take it
So I am Mondo 302-303, tried the NITRO anthem and the 12.5 was perfect (not reduced footprint though..so decided to go for a reduced footprint Adidas Samba ADV) will be running a Burton 162 W. So the Q is, should I get a 12 or 12,5? 12 should be mondo 300 so should be too small but you say go half a size down.
y'all do a better job at explaining things than just reading some script of screen and y'all don't have a boring song at the begining. I feel like there people who explain things without experience well this guy has tried it all so he has he experience to give good advice straight to the point of what each boot does or feel like.

So whats the main difference between Silver and Gold Level liner? Did i get that right that the Tactical Adv is a bit softer/flexier than the Tactical Lex?

Vans are pretty narrow at least the infuse ive tried was way too narrow for my D/E wide feet. If you have wider feet Id recommend trying some adidas or burton boots. The adidas still have a really good ankle support for my narrow ankles though. I have atactical adv
I tried the Superstars 3 years ago but the pressure on top of my left foot was to much after 4 days. As you mention that this issue might be past I would like to give Adidas another try since I have wide feet. Is there any difference regarding this issue betwenn the Tactical ADV and the Tactical Lexicon?

Guys i am in trouble, I wanna order Adidas Acerra online and sheep it to Europe from USA but I am confused about the size, I am 275. Should i really get one size smaller?
Its always risky if you cant ship it back in case the boot doesnt fit you - I would not do that unless you are absolutely sure that adidas boots do fit you. That being said i have a tactical adv from the 2016/17 season and one from the 17/18 season. I agree with Thegoodride here: the newer model is significantly bigger than the older one I havent ridden it though so I cant say for sure but I would say the 17 model is pretty true to size (Im mondo 27.5 and have the US 9.5 model) maybe a hair on the bigger side so I would trust the statement of the guys here and go a half size smaller. Smaller is always better regarding boots;-)
We can only speak to US sizing with any certainty but with the 2018-2020 models you have to go down 1/2 half size for them to fit true. It might be different in UK, EU or Mondopoint. I agree with f.zst here on shipping to Europe from the US as well. Always best to try before you buy and if you can't, buy from somewhere with a good exchange policy. All Adidas have almost the same exact footprint but Adidas is done.
