@@LaurenBradleyGivingOffSparks I listen to it over and over again, it's fantastic. This is my favorite song performed by my favorite artist. Thanks again.
Comment 1 of 2 When the gods made everything out of nothing at all, they thought that it just couldn’t get any better than that. Well, as it turned out, they couldn’t have possibly been any wrong-er than that! Sure, they knew that Jim Steinman would come along and write the grandest of songs and breathe music and “love” into the souls of his “...maniacs.” But what they didn’t see coming from out of nowhere at all was Lauren Bradley, who - every time she sings out loud - ends up making every promise that Jim “has ever been made” … come true! This performance of MLOONA is simply, impossibly, magnificent!
I've listened to your previous version of this song about 400 times. This one absolutely slays. Great job. Can you consider doing a cover of "I'm Gonna Love Her For Both of Us"?
Excellent. I downloaded the previous version and converted it to MP3 and have it with all my favourite tunes on my iPhone - currently residing between Space Oddity by David Bowie and Hey Jude by The Beatles. I'll add this one and call it the 2024 remix. 😀
Wow! I am honored to be kept between two tremendous songs like that!! Thank you so very much for sharing that! And for listening too! I’m so glad you enjoyed the 2024 remix! (I’ll call it that now too, haha!) ✌️🦇😎
While having her own unique style she is definitely also giving me Bonnie Tyler vibes:) Most important of all, she sings Jim's songs like there were meant to be sung.
@@LaurenBradleyGivingOffSparks Well, it is not MORE than, but the LEAST that you deserve;) You manage to capture that feeling Jim's songs gave me as a teen. And I have to say I was and maybe still am a bit of a romantic.
Hey Lauren! Have you tried your hand or rather voice at the other Steinman ballads, i.e. Two out of three ain't bad, Read'em and weep, I'm going to love her for both of us? Especially the last two have so much passion, I think they'd be perfect for you.
I’ve been thinking about ‘I’m Going To Love Her For Both Of Us” actually!! I have a duet I did with a friend somewhere of that too. I’ll look for the link to it for ya (just for fun)!! I’ll try the others too!! Thanks so much for the great suggestions!!
@@LaurenBradleyGivingOffSparks Not at all. I have always been a fan of their ballads, always knew every word by heart and, as I told you in the case of "Left in the Dark", they helped my through tough situations like being cheated on or, in the case of "For crying out loud", made my teenage years exceptional. Ahh, precious youth, where have you gone? But thank you, Lauren, for restoking the fire. I think sometimes we forget that even if this our adolescence was "giving of sparks" that sometimes burnt the house down, the emotions were nevertheless real.
Lauren singing Jim Steinman to perfection. How is she not a star yet?
Ahhh! Thanks, Michael!
Many times at work I play Laruen's Jim songs and it makes my day go so much better. Thanks for posting.
