She had the least amount of damage done to her car compared to everyone else. Look at the car she side swipes and then that car gets t-boned. They need to check on the person she hit.
The lady in the greenish SUV was so shook up, she forgot to put the car in park before getting out of the car, and it ran into the cop car that had just rammed into the criminals’ car.

Some things I noticed... 00:23 the first suspect(hoodie) that tries to crawl out of the back window gets his head smashed in by the arriving police car that rams the upside down SUV. Later on when he is being taken away 01:38 you can see him bleeding from the head profusely. 00:29 the innocent lady that got smashed into (blue crossover) was so in shock she forgot how to put her car in park.. and the fact that it's not gonna go well if you step out of a moving vehicle. Using their vehicles to hit suspects is highly frowned upon and usually results in, at the very least, termination of employment. Doing it to save their own lives is another story. In THIS officers case?. The vehicle was already disabled and the suspect was clearly not a threat. Running into the SUV while the suspect was hanging out of it would NOT be considered a justified use of force.

00:23 the first suspect(hoodie) that tries to crawl out of the back window gets his head smashed in by the arriving police car that rams the upside down SUV. Later on when he is being taken away 01:38 you can see him bleeding from the head profusely.
00:29 the innocent lady that got smashed into (blue crossover) was so in shock she forgot how to put her car in park.. and the fact that it's not gonna go well if you step out of a moving vehicle. You can see her fall down and her car bumps the cop car. In her defense, she did get violently hit by the flying suspect SUV. If you look right at 00:12 you can see suspect SUV is flipping in mid air when the blue crossover drives under it and they collide.
00:14 top right corner of the screen, the black BMW sedan that is going full speed on the HOV/TOLL lane t-bones the gold/brown SUV that got swiped in the accident with the blue crossover and the suspect SUV and drifted into the HOV lane.. ouch.

Using their vehicles to hit suspects is highly frowned upon and usually results in, at the very least, termination of employment. They're not immune to legal action in most of those cases, either, so they could be subject to lawsuits or even prison time if they killed the suspect. Doing it to save their own lives is another story. In THIS officers case?. The vehicle was already disabled and the suspect was clearly not a threat. Running into the SUV while the suspect was hanging out of it would NOT be considered a justified use of force.
It's not these criminals fault - it's the abundance of stolen vehicles that contribute to these scary situations, injuries and fatalities. We need legislation to BAN stolen vehicles from public roads. "Here Here!"

Personally I think he should have attended to her earlier when she first tried to get out of her little blue car...she looked injured to me. The reporters in the helicopter didn't even notice the cop attempting to get her to safety...she could have been shot!
