TBH I find Carlito's Way is way better than Scarface in every way. Carlito's Way has a more complex story, arc etc. Is a more relatable story and the more truthful one. Carlito's Way acting and pace is fluent and organic nothing seems forced. Don't get me wrong Scarface is a really good movie but it feels a little bit over the top for me like you know exagerated
Carlito's Way is the CLOSEST thing your ever gonna get to a Scarface 2 or if Tony never Died and just went to Prison ... I think most ppl will always choose Scarface over Carlitos Way but the funny this is I find myself quoting more lines from Carlito's Way than I ever from Scarface PLUS I KNOW Ive watched Carlitos Way more times than Scarface
