- This is how to make fluffy Doughnuts for beginners
INGREDIENTS
500g all purpose flour
5 Tbspn sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 egg
1 cup water (250ml)
50g margarine
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.

So I see a few things I’ve been doing wrong 1. The size I cut the dough for the donuts. Too big. And when they proof , the size does not hold and looks like saucers. 😂 2. I think the temp of the oil 3. And how much oil to put in the pot. Girllllll ive been tryna get this donut thing down. I got the dough no problem it’s after wards. Im on attempt number 8. However it wasn’t until attempt number 25 I learned to made pizza dough and make my own pizza now. So ima give myself some grace and keep learning.

Anytime i make doughnut, the inside is still raw like it didn't fry to the inside very well. And my oil is not hot at all. It isn't even in medium heat, it is in low heat. I wonder what's wrong.
Maybe try reducing the size

Hi, my boiz said they wanted doughnut and I've never made it b4, i usually make puffpuff. So this afternoon i checked on RUclips and came across ur channel and immediately i started prepping. Omo! Our doughnut was FANTABULOUS!! As in, if I were to be rated its gonna be 4/5 and that's bcos i did not have a rolling pin so i couldn't flatten d dough to ✂️ out the shapes so i just use my hand to cut d dough into small ball shapes. But as for d taste and fluffiness its 100%. So I'm here to say Thank you to my Teacher and share my experience.

how did you make 8 donuts once you only had 500 grams of flour?
Tried it and LOVED IT. But on issue why is it that after a few hours the donuts go from very soft and fluffy to very harden?? How do we prevent this? Thanks

Darlyn u da bomb💥..kindly explain how u kept the temp of the oil even, thruout the frying ..I tried but temp kept going up, I lowered the flames, but it soaked oil..any tips on frying doughnuts pls pls pls...thanks 🥰
Hi..aww sorry about that...the best way is to allow the oil heat up first , then reduce to the lowest for at least some Minutes before dropping the doughnut... You can test for hotness with the way the flour sizzles when you dropp it in.
