After doing my passion project known as Journey for the Living Dex, I decided I wanted to go for Shiny Celebi as our final Pokemon needed for generation 2! I didn't need to shiny hunt for it, as the goal for Journey for the Living Dex is just to catch all Pokemon from generation to generation to get them all into one game, but rather than just having Celebi practically handed to us with the GS Ball which you used to not have access to if you didn't live in Japan, I figured I'd make it a challenge and go for the Shiny Celebi to make me feel like I truly earned it. Did I earn it when I got it this quickly? Maybe Celebi didn't want me to go through pain so it shined! Either way, enjoy!

Ive failed 2 shiny legends now. Ive accidentally soft reset over a shiny ho-oh and reshiram, but i also have failed 2 shiny psyducks(didnt know about shinies and thought they were just alolan psyducks since it was sun and moon)

Took me approximately 3320 resets over 3 weeks, but I got it! May 21st, 2020! It's now in my Sword as my crown jewel that I have following me around the DLC areas.
