It's impossible, they simply wont accept peace offerings. Embassies are wayyyy to broken. Even if they are about to die and you are helping them they wont accept lol I thought you would be able to cheese with quezali with how friendly bots are in multiplayer if you are nice to them, I tested the treaty parameters a bit. I'm sure its coded not to accept them because it's the exact opposite in 1 player. Even opposite side of the map they will not accept and tribes start getting eliminated within the first couple turns
