    very interesting observation! Usually this is taught as a way to stay agile or quick not as a way to be more stable in the upper body. Some food for thought. Thank you for that!

    Excellent . This point is perhaps most clearly observed when the pro runs around his backhand to play an inside out forehand .

    Any video on how to leave the non serving hand in the sky? My left hand always drops after toss the ball too quickly

    Hi Steve, great tip. Is it possible that first time I could get some phisical trouble in the calf muscle, I mean it could get tired and block itself before the end of the match?

      Hi Rudy,
      Yes...
      This is very possible.
      But usually, only every 3 or 4 points is a rally.
      So the recovery times in matches are ok.
      In practice. This is very hard work.

      It is incredible here.
      30c + every day. Beautiful green mountains
      Spectacular lake
      And a view of the amazing Swiss Alps.
