Inside a Japanese Dispensing Pharmacy| a day in my life

Japan has three types of Pharmacies: Pharmacies,Dispensing Pharmacies and Drug stores.
Pharmacies sells over-the-counter(OTC) drugs but does not dispense medications or Rx orders
Dispensing Pharmacies both sells OTC and dispenses medications and Rx orders
Drug stores sells OTCs does not dispense medications and sells sanitary goods, necessities and cosmetics.
