Indeed. I find it a very powerful song. Chester was one of those singers who could sound so sweet and angelic, so vulnerable one minute, and then so hard and powerful, so defiant in the next. His ability to project so many different raw emotions in one song was truly breathtaking. He had one of my favourite voices in music. ❤

This shows you have not done enough Soundgarden. Spoonman is awesome and you should also do Rusty Cage, Burden in My Hand, Pretty Noose and Slaves and Bulldozers. You should just do a full reaction to their albums Badmotorfinger and Superunknown. 2 of the best 90s albums. Badmotorfinger is my fav grunge album but Superunknown is my fav Soundgarden album but it is less grunge sounding.

Alex check out Decadence Dance by Extreme. Also they have a new album coming out in June and they released a video for the song Rise. The guitar solo in that song is insane. You should check that out as well that solo is jaw dropping.

The only one that shocked me was Crawling not winning against SOAD. Wow. Did not expect that one. That was a fun show. Perhaps you could have monthly games where you play against a call in viewer and the viewer can win a prize if they beat you.
I think that the listens on Spotify are more reflective of the people who use spotify than the songs themselves. I think age of the listeners will play a huge part. I mean there is probably a lot more millenials onwards listening to spotify than gen x backwards, which kinda skews it in favour of more modern artists (ie 90s onwards). While some songs like Sabbath Iron Man score well, how much of that is to do with exposure through the Iron Man films, same for AC/DC. They are in essence bigger bands than the likes of Rammstein but they are probably always gonna get less listens on Spotify. A lot of older fans like myself are gonna stick to our physical musical collections.
i know of a few older people that i use to work with, they upgraded to new cars but new cars dont have cd players in them, and all of them went to spotify for music to play in the car while driving. one guy found out i was into rock and gave me his cd collection out his car as my van is old and has a cd player. i think more people than you know in the older age group are using spotify. and i think its the type of people that say they are into every type of music that are listining to the big main hits from a band which is why some of the not so common songs from a band are not getting the same play amounts as its the band fan die hards that are listening to them.

When Marty goes back in time 30 years, he’s in the mid-fifties and the first song you hear is Mr. Sandman by the chordettes so you know when you are. Now if Marty McFly had the delorean today and went back 30 years to 1993, and he says the song playing would be Enter Sandman by Metallica. 😂 Now that’s a very funny thought. Except that Mr. Sandman was a hit in 1954, not 55, and Enter Sandman was highest (#16?) in 1991, not 93. That’s for music aficionados. 😊
