Recent groundbreaking research published by Kathleen Wendt and colleagues in the Proceeding of the National Academy of Science shows
that the current rate of increase of carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere
is at least ten times greater than at any time in the last 55,000 years. This rapid rate of increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels cannot be attributed to any natural process, and must be the result of the combustion of fossil fuels that began with the start of the industrial revolution.

Is there a peer-reviewed publication that we can refer sceptics to? A recent letter to the American Nuclear Society News asserted that the Co2 was not the problem.
