- This exercise is simple but highly effective! Start with 2 feet of you cannot do 1 foot hops pain free. Start at around 20-30 seconds per set and add 5 seconds each session.
When you develop a strong and springy foot it’s amazing how many knee injuries and back injuries can clear up!

Hey pjf I sprained my ankle 3 months ago and it healed but recently my Achilles has been hurting only when I fully extend my leg in front of me and it’s planted on the ground and I put force on my Achilles while it’s in plantar flexion,,u got any tips?

Hi paul, i always have some redness 1inch from the beginning of my achilles even thought i have been doing plyos for some years (i mean both my high intensity work and low intensity things), my isos, and have no pain and soreness doing those things, what is you thoughts about that? When do you think i someone should warn? Thanks man

I just got done with Vert Code (Bodyweight). Before Vert Code my standing vertical was 31 inches, and then I tested it 2 weeks into phase 4 and it was a 31.3. After I finished should I expect any gains after resting?
You only got a .3 inch increase after you completed it?
Same, I'm not sure why but my vertical only improved 1 inch at most
