Ikea Lack shelf dimensions

Ikea Lack shelf uses the walls in your home efficiently as the shelf can hold lot of things without taking up much room. Ikea lack shelf is narrow so could occupy both awkward corners and tight spaces, which is very important if you need extra storage.
Thanks to its sleek design, Ikea Lack looks good in every room. It's great to display dinnerware or drink-ware in the kitchen, ornaments or photos in the living room or some cute toys in the nursery. It can also hold make-up in the bathroom or serve as a bookshelf and a nightstand in your bedroom.
Ikea Lack shelf is very easy to assemble, it will take you no longer than an hour to finish the job.
You can either mount the shelf unit horizontally or vertically on the wall but remember about the total load. Ikea's recommendations are: total max. load 25 kg for a horizontal position and the max. load 3 kg per shelf for a vertical one.
I have fixed the shelf to the plasterboard but different wall material requires different types of fixing devices so double check what is suitable for the walls in your home.
