Hello Backyard Air Guns, I just ordered this same rifle that you were shooting. Can't wait to get mine Bin Tac MCAR. There is a video on you tube with a person getting over 900-foot pounds. Thank you for the video.
It was a first for me as I'm not too experienced with big bore. This was my first outing with the rifle. I can do better. I will test 300 to 500 yards soon.
@@AirgunChannel - my understanding this is a preproduction model so we will have to wait and see what the mass produced item looks like. We’ll have to look with the prices and what items are necessary to support the high pressure. In addition to that will have to look at the build quality.
Excellent video Mike. Great job. Keep these babies coming. This is the hottest gun in the airgun world right now and I want as much coverage on it as possible, lol. 💪🏾
It's absolutely beautiful. I'm really looking forward to seeing it released and available for perchance. I'm really excited to see the new 95 cal there coming out with. Awesome video brother as always looking forward to seeing your next one
@stivenocampo3764 from the videos that the owner of the pellet shot put out from the air gun show they revealed that there putting out a new zues without a wood stock and putting a machined aluminum stock. Also they showed the new 95 cal. They didn't have a name for it yet but showed the riffle and the ammo. It's absolutely amazing
Great video! I cant wait until the shorter hunting model is released. I hope you do a video on that as well. I want to see the energy and accuracy of that one. Might just end up as my deer rifle.
Great shooting! Can you explain your video aiming and shooting setup? In particular how you are using your monitor for aiming at the target. Thank you in advance.
I use an Induro carbon fiber tripod on the front that uses arca mount. I use a Saber Tactical Pro mono on the back. For the 100 yards shots I was using the Oneleaf NV400 digital 4K scope. It will send the output of the scope to a monitor. The setup works amazing on the bench. I have several videos on the NV400 scope. Thanks for the comments!
Brother, I think if this air rifle is produced in .50 caliber, it will be the most powerful air rifle in the world in the future. I would like to see you test its power.👍
That’s the AEA Zeus MK2… in .95” (24 mm) its 2,500 grain slug is rated to achieve 4,000 ft lbs. Though idk if the Zeus MK2 will be match grade accurate like the AEA BinTac MCAR…
I noticed a few issues cycling the mags and at the end you were hand feeding the ammo. Is it easier and less of a hassle to hand feed it? I've seen others do the same, actually i didn't know it had a mag until watching this video.
The rifle will ship with 6 round mags. The are CNC and heavy duty. For me, if I'm using several different type of ammo, I like to single load. I make and sell special single load tray for this rifle.
@@backyardairguns - that’s impressive. That’s basically tethering performance without tethering. I can get 3 shots sub 2MOA with my .308 at 200 but I have to change holdover on the 3rd shot. At least the drop on 3rd shot is repeatable. That’s with .308 Texan with 3,000 fill and a 105 NSA slug. I can get 3 shots with 457 Texan that print about 2” at 100 with same hold on all 3. It will print 2 shots at 200 in 4” (2 MOA). I’m still learning the 457 and trying to find what it likes. The 457 likes long projectiles 300+ grain. I’m testing a NOE .459 mold that drops a long 290 grn (.875” long). It’s fast and longer than most 350 grn slugs. The NOE mold drops 290, 350, 405 & 500 grn slugs by change mold pins that control slug length. The mold is HTC459-290-FN-CI2 AirForce Texan .457 - NOE459-290 - Stacks them at 50 yards ruclips.net/video/PMMHSVDYWZQ/видео.html
Thanks for the follow-up. That is some good stats. I'm kind of new to big bore but I'm learning quickly. I agree the 457 big bore likes the longer and heavier slugs. The MCAR 457 likes the 300 to 350g from what I've tested so far. I will soon take this out to 300 to 500 yards and see what I can do with this rifle.
This thing is almost 60 inches long. I really can't see many people carrying this on a sling. However; there will be a 30 inch barrel hunter version out that could be used with a sling.
Can it be tuned for more power? I'm disappointed in the power, I thought it would at least be more powerful than the challenger 45 cal. It looks like the FX model. They just came out, except the FX model has the replica mag. I look forward to more info on this Mcar; keep up the good work, as always; I love the video, thanks!
More power than 600 fpe? This rifle is not designed to be the most powerful big bore rifle. Instead, it's designed to be the most accurate long range big bore rifle. I think it will win that battle. :-)
they decided to change the production model threads from the preproduction.....they are M23x1 now. I have to get a custom moderator made because nothing comes in that thread pattern but the Great Kami, lol.
To me the forend is a bit long with those big slots I feel like it would look better with 1 slot less since it’s not out yet they might as well look at this comment
very nice rifle very good precision but its cost above 2,000 dollars for a rifle that only gives 800 fps speed is disappointing completely better buy the zeus cal 58 x half of the price
This rifle puts out 600 to 900 fpe and shoots lights out. In my opinion, there is no other long range competition rifle in the same class as this rifle.
Very very nice rifle but for the price during a recession I'm not sure how many they're going to sell of it I will stick to my 457 Challenger which is very powerful shoots long distance it's accurate and it was a heck a lot more affordable than this gun.
That's one heck of an accurate airgun! And powerful as well.
This rifle is crazy powerful and accurate.
Dang bro. 1K views a day and an awesome Thumbnail. Your killin it! -Nate
I had a mentor that has taught me a lot. :-)
Great job mike. Cant wait for the follow up videos.
More to come!
Best product he’s made yet.
for sure. Whole new level.

That is one hell of an air rifle. Great shooting too btw
You got to see the next two videos I have coming out on this rifle shooting it at 300, 420, and 545 yards. Crazy Accurate!

Good job as always mike!!!
I appreciate that
The MCAR IS very accurate with the right ammo ! Great video 👍
Thanks Ronnie!
also try the 380gr ZAN slugs
I will try those.
Very good and special airrifle. Good vid, i enoyed it.
Thanks a lot!
incredible

I have a Umarex SL30. So far, 400yards is the limit, and MCAR is the answer I am looking for!
Its an Accurate Beast!
@@backyardairguns This is what I want! When will it be on sale? What is the price? please

It is a beast. And I have not tuned it up and it's doing 600 FPE. Scary :-)
Excellent ❤
Thanks 😊
I don't care what it cost. TAKE MY MONEY!!
Too Damn Funny :-)
Hey, you'd better line up, Bro. I've been watching this beast gun for a long time😂
Bc on them Alco 320gn is insane 😮
Very cool looking rifle, not for me, but very nice. It looks like a rifle you would see on Terminator movie, I’ll be BACK
Love that movie.
This pcp is sub-moa 100 yards for sure, thanks Mike great video 👍
What up Lead? This thing is a true beast. I will be pushing it to 300 - 500 yards soon.

soon. It's easy to shoot. I did 100 yard groups with 1 hand.
This rifle has a kick, but I have a setup that has it tamed. 600 FPE is no joke. Most accurate 457 cal I've ever seen.

Yep, regulated 5 shots at 200 without having to change your holdover/dope is pretty impressive!! You used the same point of aim for all shots?
I did not do any hold over on any of the 5-shot groups. I was aiming for the red square on all the 200 yard shots.

The problem with rifle is that it is very expensive with the price tag of 4000$+ and better to buy a fire rifle.
