There is an RM called Springfield with multiple towns in it, that are ok to live in, but the RM itself is not great at all! They have very dumb bylaws and incredibly irritating bylaw officers, particularly when it comes to Land Development and Construction. I live near there and have worked there plenty, also I have several family members living in the RM of Springfield and I’d never move there myself with my family of 6. Plenty of better options in my opinion. But that wasn’t my problem, it was more so that the video was factually incorrect by lying and then it was recommended to me through google ad program, which means someone paid money for a factually incorrect video. Thompson is a northern mining town, with the addicted people from the north hanging out in the downtown area and the mall and nearby liquor store.
